people who haven't played the game but are watching this might not realize it, but beating that sonic boss is one of the greatest feats in gaming history. if you did it, you're a freaking legend.
I have played this game and you should've specified beating him on normal or higher difficulty, if you beat him on EZ mode it's not that bad, it's still awful but way easier than average or higher, due to him having 25% less health and auto shooting being enabled
Gael was the end boss in the dark souls franchise, but he wasn't the ultimate challenge, try to beat Midir in NG++... i dare you, its WAAAAAAAAAAAY more difficult then Gael could ever hope to be, heck even at NG+ Midir hits like a nuclear bomb crashing straight into your face only that at NG++ the nuke blows up.

+CrazyCartoonAdventure Hey that's awesome. One things i'd recommend is try not to have too much down time. Some breathing room is ok but if their attack are long and drawn out it can get boring. Just have the player do a lot of moving. Good luck with the game.
thnx i really appreciate it its a work in progress but it possibly wont come out till summer since i have to worry about school but who knows. now with bosses I would make the attacks come at random or something like that, instead of repeating a long attack making it run to long like the mario boss, I was thinking of doing it like the cheetah men boss where you have to worry more about dodging and planning rather than shooting, but ill try my best not to make it repetitive. Now I have planned the attacks and music i will use, but im not sure if ill use nintendo characters or create my own. It would be great if you could leave some boss characters that would save me some time ;)

Not really, you need to use a glitch to quick kill them that i believe requires changing the controls.
