The city Authority in Mbale should think beyond the old Mbale that we knew, its stagnant, old structures that need to be demolished, Gulu has been in war for 25 yrs yet looks well organized than Mbale which was once the talk of East Africa ,it almost even took the capital away from Kampala at some point
