For any of you guys that don't know what this is: It's called gym chalk! Or magnesium carbonate chalk blocks! They are used by athletes or for weightlifting in the gym to grip onto bars and weights easily. These plain white blocks can be bought from Amazon by just searching up 'gym chalk'. There are a lot of different bands too. She dyed them with food dye by adding food colouring to the water then dipping the blocks of chalk into the water. Here, they are being crushed as an anxiety/stress relief relaxing trigger and can be reused by adding in water and baby powder or colouring (if necessary) to the crushed powder and filling them in silicon moulds which can also be bought from Amazon. Then you put them in the dehydrator and let them dry for 1-2 days depending on the temperature and crush them again and this process repeats.
or just leave baby powder out can can use cornstarch or other powders and u don’t need a dehydrator u can use air and yeah but it’ll take a couple days or weeks depending on how wet or watery the reform is and size
