- Learn all about the MX940 & MX950, Panasonic’s new range of 4K LED TV’s for 2023 with Full Array & Mini LED technology giving greater contrast & up to double the brightness compared to last years LX900.
Now with Local Dimming Supreme & Local Dimming Ultra you have even greater control over your picture contrast with deeper blacks and more vibrant colours.
MX940 - Available in 50" Only
MX950 - Available in 55" 65" & 75"
I had purchased this Panasonic 65" MX950K in Malaysia today. The black is so black. The colour is so vivid. I am satisfied with my purchase ❤
Thanks for the feedback, I'm Glad you enjoy your new Mini LED😃
Do you have any blooming?
@@InfexX great question, the MX950 has very little blooming compared with other LED TV's due to being completely backlit with Mini LED's AND Local Dimming Supreme.
Both MX950 & MX940 are VA panels (not IPS) which allows for higher contrast and deeper blacks.
I have Panasonic's last flagship Full Array Local Dimming TV the DX902 from 2016. That thing was way ahead of its time and still looks fantastic. Lovely premium build built like a tank too. Panasonic has been a bit silly here though. They said in 2016 that they learnt not to make a TVs with wide legs as people hated having to go out and buy a new TV stand to fit them on. Yet they have made these mini LED TVs with wide legs just like the 2016 range. Lol And these TVs look cheap and dated compared to their 2016 range. These look like Samsungs mid to low range TVs. Make another Panasonic DX902 with mini LED. 👍
Thanks for your feedback Matty, we will pass this on to the decision makers involved
Just ordered TX-55MX950E for my mother...looking forward to it ^-^
It's a great TV for brighter rooms! Hope she likes it

Should have them in USA 😊
I wish I could make that happen for you Michael! This channel has been created for the New Zealand market unfortunately, so my influence is limited but we still have the Panasonic Lab in Hollywood which collaborates with this industry for our Processor development & OLED tuning... so they're kind of in the USA.
Hi
Thank you for producing this video.
There are very limited reviews of customer experiences (other then product descriptions) either written or on UA-cam.
Any ideas when there will be more reviews or the lived experiences using the tv? Most tvs tend to have some reviews even when relatively new.
Many thanks from the UK
Any ideas when mor
Thanks for your comments, we have just started this channel as a way to share information on new products as they come out in the New Zealand market and will produce a lot more as the channel grows.
Next videos in the pipeline for us are focused on "How to" guides for troubleshooting but there's always room for more user reviews.
Stay tuned

It is a great idea to highlight and showcase the products and television. An emphasis on the MX950 Mini Led tv would be ace.
Keep up the great work, a beautiful country New Zealand that I would like to visit one day.
Seems to be some mixed reports on forums about this, and it's hard to find information about the MX950 in general, but does VRR disable local dimming akin to the Sony X900H at launch?
can you tell me what kind of panels your LED based televisions are. whether its VA or IPS etc? and whether different models and or sizes have what panel type?
this kind of information is vital to help consumers choose their televisions.
thanks
Both MX950 & MX940 are still technically VA panels across all sizes which allows for better blacks & contrast and thus beter picture quality at the expense of a wider viewing angle that an IPS panel would allow.
If wide viewing angle and high picture quality is important then the solution for that situation would be an OLED model such as the MZ980 or MZ1500.
Cheers
