Yes, unfortunately in Germany many coaches and presenter recommend the pushing with the legs for the manual start into the bunny hop. Cheers and thanks, Marc

I agree if you are riding and so tired you can not do a high bunny hop, but like shoe size rocks you can hop or bump jump.

Whether straight or bended legs I just can't bring the front up to the height for a good hop. Watched many on UA-cam and they all seems easy but it's not. This include yours.
How much cm is a good height for you? One thing many riders do for higher hops is too pull the bars too the hips after the first manual impulse.
What is the gear system for bunny hop? Thanks
A normal gear for jogging speed on a flat area fits for practice! Greetings from Germany, Marc
