This film has been an emotional roller coaster. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat, eager to know what happens next. The soundtrack really knocked me off my feet, along with the breathtaking cinematography. The plot was beautifully written with the best plot twist to keep the viewer engaged. The director did an amazing job, as did the actors. From the first time I saw the corner touch to the last made tears well up in my eyes. I still frequently revisit this amazing cinematic experience as it brings me great comfort and clarity to my life. Best movie I have watched in my entire life, thank you.
Actually, this is not time wasting at all. I got likes so people probably assume that this was a joke. It is no joke. I have been doing a major school project (20% of my grade) about the amount of bounces it will take for the DVD logo to hit a corner in a screen of any dimensions. I have been using this footage as a practical reference. I had to count the amount of bounces it takes for the logo to hit the corner, and then compare it to my theoretical calculations. I counted that it takes 500 bounces in this video. The formula that I made suggested that the number of bounces would be 489. Close enough but not sure which one is wrong, or if they both are.

When it hits the bottom left corner , it hits the bottom and then quickly hits the left side of the screen in a sort of ricochet effect as it simultaneously changes colour. This video changed my life. The symbol to me represents the never-ending battle with life, forever trapped in a box that you can't escape but never giving up. The way it changes color representing the constant change and growth of human life. The dark background representing the deep dark void of life. This video put my own struggles into perspective, in a way i had never thought to before. My life has always been pitch black, but this video inspired me to try bouncing around and changing colors, and although i still haven't escaped the black box, i now have hope its possible. To catch the sequence behind it (without watching the whole video of course =) ) you have to use the arithmetic sequence rule which is: an=a1+(n-1)(d). and this is the process: we have to watch the video until we find the first corner hit which is in 13:27, and the second one which is in 29:42. now we can use the rule cause we have enough numbers. 1. d= 29:42 - 13:27 =16:15 = 16.25 2. a1= 13:27 = 13.45 3. an=13.45+(n - 1)(16.25) 4. now we can simply replace the n to find the next corner hit. as an example: a3=13.45+(3 - 1)(16.25)=45 + 19 /20 =45:57, and so on
this work of art, is a masterpiece. this film has enough, whether it is the plot, the acting and direction, to even the mise en scene, to make this, in my personal opinion, a film that can inspire its generation, and transend all generations to make this, in my eyes the greatest film of all time. For all you guys saying it is a loop -> It is literally impossible to make a DVD Logo Screen Saver that isn't a loop without it being disrupted by some external factor, like a change in the script that generated the video. When the Logo hits the corner of the screen, the corner makes the Logo do the exact same path that it did to get there, but *backwards*. That's why, after the Logo hits the second corner, at 29:42, the only possible location that it will hit a corner again is in the first corner it hit, at 13:27. That's why, if you keep adding 16:15 to the time that the Logo hit the first corner, 13:27, you will see it hitting one of the two possible corners that it can hit. That's because it took 13:27 minutes to start the "Corner Loop", and 16:15 to finish the Loop. I believe that the guy that made the video really made a script to simulate the DVD Screen Saver or got it online without the intention of it being a loop. But, because of the nature of how Screen Savers work, it isn't possible unless there is some change in the code that generated it.

I was always scared of the TV being on at night, when no one was around, and the room was dark. Just the DVD logo moving around changing colors. Hypnotizing me so that a monster can take me from behind. When I was a child, I’d make sure to stay out of the living room at night, scared that I’d stumble into this alone.
Glad it wasn't just me who was creeped out by this. Honestly silent and still/repetitive 'screensavers' like this on TV always freaked me out, same as the messages they used to show on kids' channels. This film has been an emotional roller coaster. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat, eager to know what happens next. The soundtrack really knocked me off my feet, along with the breathtaking cinematography. The plot was beautifully written with the best plot twist to keep the viewer engaged. The director did an amazing job, as did the actors. From the first time I saw the corner touch to the last made tears well up in my eyes. I still frequently revisit this amazing cinematic experience as it brings me great comfort and clarity to my life. Best movie I have watched in my entire life, thank you.

I have been doing a major school project (20% of my grade) about the amount of bounces it will take for the DVD logo to hit a corner in a screen of any dimensions. I have been using this footage as a practical reference. I had to count the amount of bounces it takes for the logo to hit the corner, and then compare it to my theoretical calculations.
I counted that it takes 500 bounces in this video. The formula that I made suggested that the number of bounces would be 489. Close enough but not sure which one is wrong, or if they both are.

This video changed my life. The symbol to me represents the never-ending battle with life, forever trapped in a box that you can't escape but never giving up. The way it changes color representing the constant change and growth of human life. The dark background representing the deep dark void of life. This video put my own struggles into perspective, in a way i had never thought to before. My life has always been pitch black, but this video inspired me to try bouncing around and changing colors, and although i still haven't escaped the black box, i now have hope its possible. 1. d= 29:42 - 13:27 =16:15 = 16.25
2. a1= 13:27 = 13.45
3. an=13.45+(n - 1)(16.25)
4. now we can simply replace the n to find the next corner hit.
as an example:

For all you guys saying it is a loop -> It is literally impossible to make a DVD Logo Screen Saver that isn't a loop without it being disrupted by some external factor, like a change in the script that generated the video.
When the Logo hits the corner of the screen, the corner makes the Logo do the exact same path that it did to get there, but *backwards*. That's why, after the Logo hits the second corner, at 29:42, the only possible location that it will hit a corner again is in the first corner it hit, at 13:27.
That's why, if you keep adding 16:15 to the time that the Logo hit the first corner, 13:27, you will see it hitting one of the two possible corners that it can hit. That's because it took 13:27 minutes to start the "Corner Loop", and 16:15 to finish the Loop.
I believe that the guy that made the video really made a script to simulate the DVD Screen Saver or got it online without the intention of it being a loop. But, because of the nature of how Screen Savers work, it isn't possible unless there is some change in the code that generated it.

I was always scared of the TV being on at night, when no one was around, and the room was dark. Just the DVD logo moving around changing colors. Hypnotizing me so that a monster can take me from behind. When I was a child, I’d make sure to stay out of the living room at night, scared that I’d stumble into this alone.
Glad it wasn't just me who was creeped out by this. Honestly silent and still/repetitive 'screensavers' like this on TV always freaked me out, same as the messages they used to show on kids' channels. It was weird seeing something so quiet on the box, especially when the message on screen amounted to "goodbye"
