I feel like is was raining everywhere in the world because there was a thunder storm for me probably at the time he was recording this which was last night.

at 0:50 it looked like there was a meteor but it was a lightning bolt
It's called "ball lightning"

That's not ball lightning, ball lightning is much different. It doesn't have a bolt coming off of it, instead, it looks like a glowing floating orb that either slowly moves across the sky or moves quickly across the sky. I've seen it once before. It dissipated within a minute.

Also the human eye can't see light travel unless u have a crazy slow motion camera which can shoot slo mo at the speed of light
No no no no. That is nowhere near the speed of light. The so called lightning bolt moves as the electrons within the cloud start ionizing the molecules in the air around them. This releases a huge amount of energy, which can be seen as light. The speed that the bolt moves is the speed that the electrons ionize more air.
