As always, a PHENOMENAL review. Only got one movie statue , and it was SS CAPTAIN AMERICA , WINTER SOLDIER. Since I'm a massive CAPTAIN AMERICA fan I'll probably look into getting this statue. Thanks for sharing.
glad i found this review. almost every other one I've seen the face sculpts looked flat and washed out because of lighting, this review here gave me a better idea of what the portraits look like in hand.
Not really into movie version statues, but Iron Studios have done a pretty good job with them. Great review as always. Looking forward to see your XM and SS Gambit reviews once they are released.
The sculpt on this is outstanding and is better than any Hot Toys Captain America as Hot Toys always struggle to get the likeness right, the skin tones are really good to and that goes for rest of the paint job.
man i reallly like this statue and have been extremely tempted to purchase it, i currently have the Cable PF on PO and in order to get this i would have to cancel that which im not willing to do, so maybe down the road if this doesnt sell out ill be able to get it, problem is i would have to purchase the Endgame Ironman too which is even more expensive than this one so maybe its not meant to be, but we'll see cuz i really do like this and the Ironman statues but they dont really go with what i already have and i do have priorities like the Cable for example and i really need a cosmic character to display with Thanos on Throne which will probably be the Silver Surfer maquette, and i need a spiderman and carnage to go with Prime1 Venom, and im also for sure getting the new Deadpool PF and Domino PF
I like the piece but just wish the unmasked his hair was more dirty blond than brunette and no seam. Also wish his skin tone was dirty instead of so clean like the movie
