the blue q3 45 has the upgraded headlights and probably a few other options as standard as opposed to the gray q3 40

You are right. We are not talking about which one is 40 or 45. This video introduced and result revealed differently. Trust lost!

Camera is flipped. Look at all the signs through the windows you'll notice the text and logos are backwards.
