Yes, there are no tips and tricks, you either understand the question and the text or you don’t. Test writers spend approximately one year on writing one test, so they are well aware of all your tips and tricks. 🤗🤗 They know how candidates think. The best way to improve your reading score is to improve your reading. As simple as that 🤗

Yes, Kayla , I completely agree with your opinion, I have seen in my country, so many students asking for tips and tricks different kinds of groups. , majority of them are seeking reading tactics and shortcut method to reach the high level, and many coaching centers are taking advantage of this reading section, but as I believe reading is all about grasping the main topic, supporting idea, explanation and facts,according to the paragraph, I read a couple of articles or blogs on a daily basis, such as, the guardian, new scientist, nasa gov, who website, wired, history today.My point of view is that when reading a variety of articles and taking notes, it's really productive. In the meantime, coaching is making money; they are telling all the time reading is all about tips, which are flaws and error information.I must say, your information is crucial and precise... The last time when I passed IELTS I got 7.0 (it was 2 years ago) and I'm gonna pass it for a second time on September 25th. I'm a bit worried because of thought that I can't get more than 7.0 this time...

I am 10th grade student and i am prepqring for ielts now.
But an isse is that i am b1 level.Because of that reason i got 23/40 or 26/40 from listening(cambridge).Nealy i am between band 5 and 6 according to ielts.

Is your test Bc or barattson? I heard that barattson certificate makes problem getting uk visa,is that so?
Mine was from IDP, when taking IELTS for UKVI, you need to choose UKVI location. Mine was just IELTS Academic. FYI, IELTS and IELTS for UKVI are the same in terms of format, content, scoring and level of difficulty.
