लोकसभा में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर हुई चर्चा का जवाब देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने एक किस्से के जरिए कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी पर तंज कसा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक बालक 99 मार्क्स लेकर घमंड में घूम रहा था और सबको दिखाता था देखो कितने ज्यादा मार्क्स आए हैं। लोग भी जब 99 सुनते थे तो शाबाशी देते थे, फिर उनके टीचर आए और पूछा किस बात की मिठाई बांट रहे हो ये 100 में से 99 नहीं लाया ये तो 543 में से लाया है। अब उस बालक बुद्धि को कौन समझाए कि तुमने फेल होने का वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बना दिया है।
