- People should be hired to do a job based on their skills, right?
After successfully closing an interview, Roger notices another candidate walk into his office. He’s bombarded with Kathrine’s gorgeous looks. He pushes the first interviewee, Sharon, aside and already has his mind set on hiring the foxy girl. Yet, Sharon isn’t ready to give up.
She suggests an honest test, which would decide which of the girls will stay. Roger agrees. But decides to stack all odds in the pretty lady’s favor.

This a farsical look at the sexually biased workplaces. Serj Avakian plays a boss with only two things on his mind. It is amazing that his office gets anything done. I love Serj Avakian, so like him, I make exceptions. Serj is a great comedic actor, because he has timing, which he practices, practices, practices. Angelina Guguszczyna and the other applicant for the job are wonderful at their straight roles. And, Serj's character gets what he deserves in the end. Great video that was really funny what really makes it work is the acting he's acting like he can't register that she isn't able to function and that little twist at the end that was pretty funny too she made the right decision to leave a business that operates like that obviously won't stay around for long and discrimination is clearly wrong and there's nothing wrong with workplace Romance but hiring someone based on their looks or using your position to sleep with a worker is never okay
