I've installed these on my E46, yes they are much brighter than the standard H7 bulbs however, they WILL trigger the warning light on your dash and they will flicker every time your turn your car on and they will then flicker every couple of minutes when the LCM does it's light current check. To stop this I had to use BMW Scanner 1.40 and code the LCM to turn off the light check.
Great video. I also did a headlight upgrade using DEPO brand projector. I am using Halogen bulbs and am glad to know of LED bulbs that fit without a huge bundle of extension cord, etc
Hey man great vid - just bought these auxito LED bulbs to replace by old h7 ones. But i didn't realise that there's a second set of bulbs that need replacing. what are the other bulbs you used? Am i supposed to buy 2 sets of these?
I’ve just received the exact same pair that you got, and i tried to install them but the dashlight came on immediately and did not go away :( and the bulb started flickering before i even turned the lights on. i will let them know
I'm sorry to impose on your great tutorial on headlight install but I can't find a video on installing led turn signal bulbs in a 03 BMW 325i and it looks like you may have done it. The issue I'm having is the length. They are shorter than the standard bulb and I only have my fingertips to use to push in and twist. But I can only get a grip on the led lights on the side of it and I'm afraid I'll crack it trying to twist.
@@TenzaMotorsports the factory bulb, which I'm sure you know, is shaped like a lamp bulb from the house....round and tapered. This new led is shorter and doesn't give the finger room for the grip to push it in and twist. I have a picture of the bulb but I don't see where to add it here.
@@TenzaMotorsports I went to Instagram to message you and show you the bulb. And I somehow ordered two sets, not knowing they were different lengths. You can definitely see the difference right away. Different companies I believe.
With these Auxito Led bulbs do you need an adapter to prevent the dash lights? If so what is it called? (Canbus) Lastly, are the Low Beams and High beams both H7 bulbs? I have New Depo facelift headlights coming I want to get it right the 1st time
No. We didn’t have to add anything extra into this for the bulbs to run properly. Plug and play. We haven’t gotten any dash lights. Yes. As far as I have seen they are both the same type of bulb for high and low beam.
I installed these on my 2010 Subaru Impreza with projector headlights and was very underwhelmed with the brightness and I feel like my original halogen light bulbs are actually brighter, why would this be? Is there anything I can do to improve this? Thanks
Might want to play with the placement of the bulb you can twist it around to see if different angles affect the brightness of the bulb due to its two sided led placement.
can i swap all my halogen light with these, including the high beams and parking lights? are there auxito lights for those mentioned before also available? Thanks!
Yes and yes. I can’t remember of the top of my head. I think they are H7??? Don’t quote me on that. But they will fit. Just remove the bulbs that came with them and swap with the same style.

They are dimmer and flicker? That’s not right. I wonder if you got a bad pair or something. I’d reach out to them. I haven’t have a single problem with them. We put these on an F30 and flicker like twice when they first turn on. But nothing after that. The e46 no issues.
Sorry to hear that. I would bring that up to the distributor/Auxito and go from there. I’ve done 3 sets of these bulbs on 3 different cars and haven’t had a single problem.
Hi mate, they flicker bescause the resistance of the led lamp is lower then the halogen H7. To stop this, just put a 50w resistor between the cables. The warning on the dashboard will also dissapear. I had this with my led tail lights. See this link (it's dutch) for a example. This will solve all your problems and will stop the flickering👌🏾 im sorry for my bad english 🙏🏾
At last,no big heat exhanger,no ventillators, just swap bulbs! Waiting a years for this products. Now the question, how bright the led bulb compare to xenon bulbs? Have You some data on the box, like lumen,or lux numbers?

Any idea if i should replace my stock D1S HID on a 2017 X5 for an DIS LED instead?
I honestly don’t know. Never had that car with those headlights
No. HID are better and brighter in projection style housing. If you want brighter HID…consider Morimoto Elite HID. They are the best in the business.

H1 LED bulbs or H7?

That’s just the camera. They have to be bright or they can’t been seen during the day.
