Sugar 70 g
Salt 1/3 tsp
Cold butter 100 gr
Egg 1 piece (from the refrigerator)
FOR THE FILLING:
Seedless cherry 500 gr
Corn starch 2 tbsp.l (with a slide)
Sugar 2 tbsp.l (with a slide)
FOR THE SAUCE:
SOUR CREAM 350 gr
Sugar 80 gr (to taste)
Shape: 26 cm
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
