These Coasties are the best. I wanted to go into the Coast Guard in 1970. The Army had other ideas for me. So rather than saving lives, well, you know. It is so good to know that they put just as much a value on an animal's life as they do a worthless human.

Why was he out in this weather.. ?? Put the crew, the helicopter and the dog at hi risk.. Un cool..
Maybe this was their home and they lived on the boat and were trying to get away from the storm. Dont judge people you know nothing about. Be glad they all survived.

Too many of these idiots just drifting around, that boat wouldn't be "disabled" if he knew how to operate it. All the same, I'm glad him and the dog are okay.
