- From what I've been told, this was actually the very first title to use the "Village Roadshow" branding. I got this from a bazaar in June and I've only gotten to around posting the opening and closing to it now due to me procrastinating.
And before anyone comments about it, I'm well aware this was the film showing on HBO when the now infamous "Captain Midnight" broadcast signal intrusion occurred in 1986.

You are correct, this was the very first Village Roadshow title released in an orange clamshell case. Other very early Village Roadshow releases included Cardiac Arrest (in a red clamshell), Double Trouble (in a yellow clamshell), Avenging Angel (in a blue clamshell) and Wolf Lake (in a grey clamshell).
And also, The Woman in Red was the first ever Premiere Home Entertainment release.
I think the clamshell is more of a pink colour than orange. Plus, the sleeve is also pink, though my front cover is a bit faded.
So this is the 1st tape with the Aussie V of Doom. Nice!
Also, the yellow/red warning and the Aussie V of Doom? That's unheard of to me.
Very early titles with the "Aussie V of Doom" had the yellow and red warning.
Today I learned. Later titles had the black/yellow warning and then the other warnings that followed.
Was that Divine in Lust in the Dust?
Yes, it was.
