It has improved, its better than Corrie, however for me Emmerdale is still by far the best soap on TV, its very realistic, balanced, and the acting is by far the best of any of the soaps.

I went from joy at the celebration of love; to heart-stopping devastation with my head in my hands. “Bound to happen”. Literally. Navin, cast and crew are immense for storyline(s). Well done. I wouldn't be so sure about Denise, Suki, Eve being gone,they're hardly likely to kill of that volume of people together in one go. He's definitely dead, Suki likely to be saved by him cushioning her by hitting the ground first, and absorbing her impact. 50/50 Eve and Denise, but Eve is definitely not dead, at least not yet.

Nish crafted a near Machiavellian masterpiece that flirted with a Shakespearean tragedy , an ending that could have been a perfect capstone to his villain arc. Ravi pushing them off the balcony , driven by Nish’s manipulation, will haunt him for years, but the excessive plot Armor given to the female characters undercuts the impact of the story.
This is Nugget's fault as well. If he hadn't have told Nish that Suki and Eve were getting married then Nish wouldn't have sought revenge.
I feel nugget has potential to be s big villain like his grandad nish in the future

Why is Eve still alive. Poison is meant to kill you. Suki and Desinse have woken up. Nish didn't get the chance to take his full revenge.

I knew when Nish took the fall for Keanu's murder, it wasn't because he had a sudden change of heart. He had a plan like he always does, he's essentially a mix of Glenn Donovan and Mac Nightingale. Once a vile man, always a vile man.

It was so panto villain towards the end. He escapes prison, sits around in a squat on the square for about a month, the police are useless, he somehow manages to get past all the venue security and the poison being there? Pretty good ending too, but they went too far that it's kinda funny 😂
And the fact he was so powerful being a weak dying man and all🤣😂
Eastenders Wedding Wisdom:
1. Never get married in a country estate on New Years Day as death will follow more than likely for a bride!
2. Denise should never be on her own the day of a wedding for fear of being attacked a la 2019 before Hunter started the hold-up at Callum and Whitney's wedding.

@joshuaFerris5577 Nish is definitely gone, dead, kaput, you don't fall backwards off a high 2 story building, hit the back of your head at full force, and survive, he cushioned Suki's so she definitely has a much stronger chance of survival than him. I'll be surprised if Denise or Eve are killed off.

I wrote this to my father to summarise everything because he was too tired to stay up till 10pm for this episode.
basically.
1-denise found out about nish hiding and went to see him but nugget was there
2-nugget left for suki and Eves wedding
3- nish hit Denise with a wine bottle and left.
4- suki and eve get married
5-vinnie and ravi stop nish getting in by taxi and tie him up.
6- ravi goes out to call jack to tell him to get Denise and take her to hospotal
7- eve and suki go to their honeymoon suite and drink wine in their allocated glasses (each glass had their name on it)
8- ravi goes to see nish after ending his call with Jack.
9- Ravi finds vinnie is on the floor beaten up by nish (not surprising)
10- nish is in eve and sukis room watching eve collapse
11- nish comes out revealing he had poisoned eves glass. He then poisons his glass and sukis glass
12- Stacey goes up and knocks on the door of the honeymoon suite.
13-suki screams and runs to the balcony and shouts at everyone below for help.
14- nish grabs suki and roughs her up. Ravi makes it to the balcony.
15- nish provokes ravi knowing if he riles ravi up he will be pushed off the balcony.
16- ravi pushes nish off but nish was holding onto sukis dress handle secretly to ensure they both fall.
So all in all;
Eve is poisoned and probably dead
Nish and suki fell off a balcony. And nish is 80% dead but suki we don't know if she is dead.
I love eastenders man. Suko and eve deserve happiness

The episode of the wedding was so beautiful. Nish’s death was handled well. I do not think there is a greater soap in Britain 🇬🇧 today in Eastenders that understands the issues addresses the issues has likeable characters has characters that people can identify with a community like no other, has a great leader in Chris Crenshaw executive producer.Congratulations Eastenders on a very special 2025 your well deserved 40th. I am proud to watch the show. One thing that doesn't make sense is why didn't Vinny and Ravi search through Nish and find that poison bottle on him while they were in the barn. Later we see Nish with the poison in his hand when Suki faces up to him in the hotel room, but how did it get there, surely Ravi and Vinny must have worked out that Nish would have arrived at the Hotel resort for homicidal(gun, knife, poison dart etc.) intentions only.
