    I have been searching for body rolling and rib isolation demonstration. I watched over 10+ videos until I found this one. Very clear explanation and good for beginners like me. I am going to watch this video and do the exercises daily until I am as good as you are. Thank you sooooo much!

    Question: are we supposed to keep both butt cheeks “glued” to the seat in each exercise? I’m able to manage it for some of them but not so much when I’m doing the chest circles…😬

      That’s the idea but if the hips tilt a little bit, it’s ok 😊
