tightening torques for 1999-'05 alternator bolts: 33 ft-lb. for M10 diameter and 44-52 ft-lb. for M16 diameter.
Both alternator mounting bolts for my car are M10.

I would replaced the ground strap cable that goes from the starter to the alternator. They often fail and you're already almost there anyway. I wish I'd replaced mine back when mine was out as I now have to go back and redo it all.

This is the best video of its kind, nicely done sir. I'll add that the bushing did not move as easy for me. Your tutorial and a $20 pneumatic palm hammer from Harbor Freight to push the bushing in turned this into a very quick job. Thank you!
