DUDE!!! That is frigging sick!!!! You guys are unbelievable! That is an amazing build! 🍻to all the guys that worked on that one. Great job! Thank you Brenspeed!
I'm definitely digging the truck as a whole, "Big Block" Ford backed by a T56 Magnum and a Moser 9" with full QA1 suspension? What's not to like? Especially in a "patina'd" truck.... only thing I'd personally change is the wheels to US Wheels' steel 17x9 & 17x10's, probably eggshell, with the stock F150 center caps and some good meaty street tires.... keep the vintage look but be able to run the big brakes and better tires. Other than that, I don't understand what's going on with that exhaust exactly, care to elaborate? I see the headers come out, the driver's side cross over to run parallel with the passenger side run, X pipe, then either a driver's side resonator or bullet muffler with nothing matching on the passenger side, then further down there's a large, what seems to be valved muffler for the passenger side and again, nothing on the driver's side in it's place, then all I can see is tailpipe runs.... what do you guys have going on back there and my OCD is definitely spiking with whatever it is 😅🤣
@@skipgumphrey9579 I could email you a pic taken before we put in climate controlled storage about 10 years ago. It's complete, but I'm sure the 351 engine, trans would need refreshed now. It was just rebuilt and has
To many variables to say. Depending on what you swap it in, gearing, drivetrain loss, etc.... To be honest we have never had anybody that did any sort of engine swap ask that because that is the least of their concerns. BUT it wouldnt be the same on all swaps as many factors play a role.
I'm trying to do this 7.3 Godzilla swap in 2018 Ecoboost Mustang with a 10R80 auto transmission. Currently I'm stuck figuring out the power pack wiring to allow everything to work with the transmission and the ford systems. Do you have any pointers?
If you have a FRPP 10R control pack and wiring they have instructions. I have never seen a control pack easier to install every wire says where it goes. Here is a link to download the instructions. performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6017-73A The FRPP instructions says its for 10R140 not sure if it works on 10R80. If you are trying to install this without knowing if the control packs works on 10R80 if it is for a 10R140 I would pause until you find out. These trans can be crazy even the same 10R80 sometimes will not work in a certain car if the year does not match even though it originally had a 10R80.
Super vague question because options are limitless but most people spend between $50K and $200K depending on what all you want. You need to understand that options are huge I mean some people get $600 wheels some people get $8000 custom wheels. Some people use low end brakes some people use $4500 brakes... it never ends. So you can see why the price varies so much.
Depends on what a person wants. You have engine, trans, computer, wiring, cooling, rear end, suspension, gauges, driveshaft, fuel system, brakes, wheels, etc... the list never ends. At least 60K for something like this maybe more. You can do it cheaper, or more, depends on what all parts you want and every single build is different. THANKS

People that buy crate motors for resto mods are ZERO concerned about a refund on something they do not use. That is why they sell crate motors. So I would say likely not. Thanks for watching.
That's impressive! I especially love the rust. It's an awesome blend of new and old.
Thank you! Yes I say leave the rust.
That's the coolest thing ever. I'm digging the rust!
I think he wants to paint it my vote is leave it.
@@BrenspeedEngineering It's perfect the way it is! I love the sleeper builds, plus you can park it anywhere!

Very awesome build, what a N/A torque monster, very cool old truck with modern drive train, doesn't get any better.
Couldn't agree more! Love it!
Thats a smokin build!! Love the old for pick ups.
Reminds me of a farm truck.
Impressive 👍 👌
Thanks ✌️
I love this truck! That is a sick build. Would be a great street cruiser and do some occasional 1/8 lth mile "Mexico hits"

Truck. Zillla" ❤
Exactly
I've got a rustfree f150 78 2wd long bed painted and ready for a powertrain restomod, but need to sell it now. Plans changed.
How much ?
Things happen!
@@skipgumphrey9579 not sure. What's the market for something lime that?
I have no idea. Figured I’d see what you needed for it and go from there ;)

I need to know what the mpg is on a Godzilla swap

Yes
With swaps pretty much anything is possible

Hi im trying to see roughly how much it would take to resto mod a truck would you be able to give me a rough price

What fuel tank is that?
Stock painted tank, AN bung welded in for the return and use an OEM pick up for the feed.
How much to build one?

Correct thanks for watcing
So does Ford refund the money wssted on useless factory "crate motor" parts that have to be replaced with the "Holley kit" for "accessories"?
People that buy crate motors for resto mods are ZERO concerned about a refund on something they do not use. That is why they sell crate motors. So I would say likely not. Thanks for watching.
How to "invest" $60k in a $2500 truck and make it worth NOTHING in "book value" because there is no "book value" for a "restomod", lol.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Pussy
Hagerty agreed value full coverage.
That’s a cute toy but real trucks are diesel
