Thank you for the clear tutorial. Can I wear it even it is not attach to the dress? I have a sleeveless dress. I want to use it for our Filipiniana style party for my friend. I bought 1 yard material to make Filipiniana sleeve. I wonder if I should attach the sleeve to the dress but it will have more work to do because the shoulder of my dress is only 1 and 3/4 wide.
