So important to educate many
PT’s out there
Thank you for your feedback 🙏 this is definitely an important perspective when dealing with physical rehabilitation
i mean i do understand the issue, but how to get the facia right? all i am seeing in the videos are issues, is there somewhere were i can also see how to make it right?
Thank you for asking, our videos are intended to educate the public, caution them, specifically when dealing with chronic pain conditions. We do not provide how to or solutions as we believe people need to be individually assessed. When it comes to chronic pain, even two people with the same diagnosis need to be assessed and treated individually. We hope that makes sense. 🙏
@@Life360Summit hmmm Makes sense

Best explanation ive ever heard
Thank you for your feedback 🙏🙏

To be honest, I would go to a neurologist - they specialise in pain 😏
But not in getting people to slowly be able to strength training safely, when dealing with chronic pain.
@craigrumbley3825 To be honest unless you fall into their box of weak muscles, tingling, numbness--- Neurologists don't get it. I was dealing with restrictions, limited walking ability, they could see the assymetry in the body --No clue what to do about it. Ive been to ortho, neuromuscular, pain management they don't know how to help. So I'm doing my research and this and somatics with Thomas Hanna makes sense.
