As I rewatch Drew’s entire storyline from the beginning I realize that, holy heck, not ONCE did that man Ever get to catch his breath. Not once!! I mean there was - Elizabeth kidnapping him - Then sam and scout almost dying during child birth - Then drew was in the hospital - then They learned about Jason - Then they learned about Oscar - Then sam and drew broke up - Then Oscar got sick - Then drew learned about his and Franco’s childhood - Then (the worst one of all) Oscar died - Then Franco got his memories - Then the man was killed in a plane crash. I mean he didn’t ever have time to adjust to anything in his life. It was one crisis after another.
Your so right! I loved Drew from the start and felt for this man. Sam threw away the best love, the person who put her 1st. Then GH did Billy Miller so wrong. Some of his best works on the show were with Roger/ Franco, what a chance they missed to build on that bond!! I will never accept Steve Burton back bc I feel he was disloyal to GH. Im so glad Billy is building his career beyond this show.

Yes the stuff with Oscar was heart breaking, to find out you have a child only to have to loose him tragically. I loved how open he was with Monica how he wanted to be her son and how she accepted him instantaneously.

She was so instantaneously in love with both drew and Oscar. And I think drew Slightly helped the real Jason and Monica form a stronger relationship. It’s still not an ideal relationship, but it’s slowly getting there, and I like to think that drew got the ball rolling on that one

On the other hand, I kind of like the idea of (however cheesy it may sound) drew and Oscar being together in heaven. You know, Oscar didn’t have to be alone for too long, and drew is still with the son he just met. I know that sounds silly, but I thought that was a little beautiful. I truly like Drew and his character, however in my opinion Sam should have been the one ☝️ to leave him, if not for Jason but for Drew, her children but most of all for herself. Sam knew deep down inside that she still loves Jason and she knows that she always will love Jason, because Jason changed her whole life, he changed who she used to be, he changed how she used to live and mostly he changed how she used to treat herself. Before Jason, Sam lived a life full of scams, lies, disrespect and disregard, she believed that she was a horrible person who didn’t deserve anything, and she thought she didn’t deserve to be loved. Jason helped Sam become a better person, he let her see that she deserved to be loved, and he showed her that she could have trust in others. Jason gave Sam a purpose to live a honest, loyal, and happy life, and of course vice versus. Jason was the first person besides her brother that she ever truly loved (in a totally different way of course) he was the first and only person who she could always depend on, regardless of what she did, regardless if she was right or wrong Jason was always there for Sam, (again vice versus) but that’s what makes their relationship so special, and that’s exactly what makes their love so unique. So for Sam to just go on as long as she did without running back to Jason, the man of her dreams and her soulmate just makes it so much more heartbreaking, because no matter what she shared with Drew, Sam shared so much more with Jason, she spent so much more time building their relationship, their home and of course their family. So in the end Sam could have saved everyone so much less hurt, pain and stress if she would have just listened to her heart in the first place, that is after she knew her Jason, her husband, her soulmate, her Real Jason) was home again!! 😢

drew is just a shell of a man. a man that sam thought was jason. none of this should have ever happened in the first place. all sorts of red flags should have gone up when drew found out he wasn't jason. just watching this scene, you can tell what a horrible disservice they have done to each other. drew has made sam not even a fraction of the woman she was when she was with jason. she's so weak now. and obviously sam should have just wised up to her feelings a long time ago and saved, not just drew, but everyone a lot of pain. but what really gets me here is that not even 3 months after their marriage, when sam asks drew to break a little sweat and be there for her, he can't do it. he refuses. he walks out. whereas jason, who knows that sam loves drew, who knows that she also loves him, who knows that she might always be drew's wife, who knows that they may never be together again, has told sam time and time again that he will always be there for her no matter what. but then again, common sense doesn't run well in soap operas.

Elizabeth Jones I guess Sam is always going to be faulted for that but we are not going to say how Liz continued to lies about Jake being his son and would have continue to lie about it if Sam never address the situation to Lucky. It’s ok when Liz does wrong but Sam has to be burned at the stake. This is not saying that what Sam did was cool because I was seriously pissed at that storyline but I did not appreciate how they trashed Sam’s character yet Liz was innocent in the situation she created. Lest not forget that before that happen Sam helped Jason figure that Michael was alive and helped Jason to find him. Sam brought Robin back to town to save Jason’s life. Sam is far from perfect but she has shown growth. The point of character growth is that you can make an egregious mistake but redemption is possible. That’s the reason why we like certain characters even the bad girls because we see there is more to them than what is on the surface. When Sam got with Sonny and came between him and Carly, I couldn’t stand her. It wasn’t until her and Jason start to build a friendship and see her care for her baby is when I started to soften towards her. The point is that Sam is not the Sam con woman she was when she came on the scene and she is human. She is not the first person to make a mistake. She did the best she could do in this situation. But I see now that if you like Liz then you hate Sam.

I agree with you. Has anyone considered the fact that Drew got caught in this because he shared the same face. Drew was living his life and because someone wanted Jason dead they took him instead. Drew was stripped of his memories and received Jason's. If that wasn't enough Helena got her claws into him. Came to Port Charles and was with Liz and made it pretty clear he didn't want the old Jason's life. The blood was already in the water and the sharks were swimming to suck him back in. Now to the one's that say he has Jason's memory and that's why Sam fell in love with Drew that's inaccurate. Drew still had amnesia when they started seeing each other. That was the point of Sam asking for a divorce to break from the past. It was a bonus after the Dante accident when he recovered Jason's memory but they were already in love. The writer's botched this story big time. Sam's response to Jason's return after five years was written poorly. Jason coming back after five years of being drugged and held captive to go back to the very thing that stole five years from your life is major sloppy writing. If you can empathize with Jason than you should be able to muster it up for Drew. His life was turned upside down because of Jason's lifestyle. Jason was the target not Drew but because his identity was uncovered he was used in this vendetta.
I actually loved Todd and hated Victor when the reveal came out Lol. Drew is cold to Sam because she wasn't shackled like the writer's are portraying. He gave her plenty of opportunities to take a step back and she made the choice not too that's why he is bitter towards her.

- Elizabeth kidnapping him - Then sam and scout almost dying during child birth - Then drew was in the hospital - then They learned about Jason - Then they learned about Oscar - Then sam and drew broke up - Then Oscar got sick - Then drew learned about his and Franco’s childhood - Then (the worst one of all) Oscar died - Then Franco got his memories - Then the man was killed in a plane crash.

She was so instantaneously in love with both drew and Oscar. And I think drew Slightly helped the real Jason and Monica form a stronger relationship. It’s still not an ideal relationship, but it’s slowly getting there, and I like to think that drew got the ball rolling on that one

I truly like Drew and his character, however in my opinion Sam should have been the one ☝️ to leave him, if not for Jason but for Drew, her children but most of all for herself. Sam knew deep down inside that she still loves Jason and she knows that she always will love Jason, because Jason changed her whole life, he changed who she used to be, he changed how she used to live and mostly he changed how she used to treat herself. Before Jason, Sam lived a life full of scams, lies, disrespect and disregard, she believed that she was a horrible person who didn’t deserve anything, and she thought she didn’t deserve to be loved. Jason helped Sam become a better person, he let her see that she deserved to be loved, and he showed her that she could have trust in others. Jason gave Sam a purpose to live a honest, loyal, and happy life, and of course vice versus. Jason was the first person besides her brother that she ever truly loved (in a totally different way of course) he was the first and only person who she could always depend on, regardless of what she did, regardless if she was right or wrong Jason was always there for Sam, (again vice versus) but that’s what makes their relationship so special, and that’s exactly what makes their love so unique. So for Sam to just go on as long as she did without running back to Jason, the man of her dreams and her soulmate just makes it so much more heartbreaking, because no matter what she shared with Drew, Sam shared so much more with Jason, she spent so much more time building their relationship, their home and of course their family. So in the end Sam could have saved everyone so much less hurt, pain and stress if she would have just listened to her heart in the first place, that is after she knew her Jason, her husband, her soulmate, her Real Jason) was home again!! 😢

She got shot and Jason broke up with her. She slept with Ric which was an insult to her character. Jason had a baby with Liz. She was told that she couldn’t conceive. Sam almost died on numerous occasions. Maybe that is why she is a good fit for Jason 🤔. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. When she slept with Ric she told Jason the truth. When she watched Jake get kidnapped, she told Jason about it. Not one of her finer moments believe you me but this character has been to hell and back. Did we forget when she thought Danny was dead? Jason reunited her with her son and then she lost Jason. Sam tried to make the best of this situation between the two. Jacki H How is Sam selfish? I was annoyed with Sam for how she treated Jason when he came back. She acted like she was mad that he came back but it was only because she did not want to hurt Drew. I understand that in the end she did but would it have been best that she kept holding those feelings inside instead of being honest. Sam is not a perfect character but I do give her credit for trying to be honest and she puts the needs of others feelings over her own. She did it with Jason and she did it with Drew. When I think about how much this character has endured over the years. She lost her baby, her brother, she found out Alexis was her mother and this is when Alexis treated her like crap. She got shot and Jason broke up with her. She slept with Ric which was an insult to her character. Jason had a baby with Liz. She was told that she couldn’t conceive. Sam almost died on numerous occasions. Maybe that is why she is a good fit for Jason 🤔. Anyway, back to the topic at hand. When she slept with Ric she told Jason the truth. When she watched Jake get kidnapped, she told Jason about it. Not one of her finer moments believe you me but this character has been to hell and back. Did we forget when she thought Danny was dead? Jason reunited her with her son and then she lost Jason. Sam tried to make the best of this situation between the two. Now if she dropped kicked Drew like Carly and Sonny did then she would have been wrong. Sam just can’t win 🤦🏾♀️

She did come to town as a con artist and con woman the girl grew up no mother and father was the original con artist that taught her to survive like that .but truth is Sam has changed and grew up which a lot of women on this show still is stuck in the pass still doing the same crap still call Sam a lair. they lie some much it comes to them effortlessly and they still want something or someone that doesn't belolng them. Girl no matter you say good or bad about Samantha McCall Morgan and now Cane. They will always hate her because they are jealous of her character because writer's always shows Sam growth . Even when she does something not right she not actively trying hurts anyone Sam has always put others feeling before hers even when she came to town as a con women. The baby she was only having because Sonny paid her 10 million dollars. Then let's get to Danny her brother the brother who she used to con men out of money. Then there's the Manny situation yes Jason broke up with her but Jason broke up with her to keep her safe and Sam rather than walk away and realize that he was breaking up with her to keep her safe kept on running back to him. Why because Sam realized she had nowhere to go. She has no skills besides spreading her legs and conning men out of their money Jason was her meal ticket and she didn't want to give that up. And Alexis train her like crap how so because she wanted her daughter to be better than just being so Mob mol who just sat on her ass all day. Then after finding out about Jason and Elizabeth sleeping at her she tries to accuse Jason of cheating on her even though they were broken up and let's not even talk about how she treated Elizabeth when she found out that she was pregnant with Jason's baby. Now let's get to issue with Jake's kidnapping Sam never told Jason the truth. If you remember Sam went to Elizabeth and said they were both the same since they both lost children. Clearly she must have forgotten about the fact that Elizabeth had two previous miscarriages. Jason found out about Maureen kidnapping Jake from Amelia who told Jason all about how Sam was a lying con artist. Then after watching Jake being kidnapped she had the audacity to hire goons to threaten Elizabeth, Cameron and Jake in the park. Behavior that by the way calls Jake to threaten to kill her if she ever threatened his son Cameron or Elizabeth again. You also didn't mention how she was only dating Lucky as some pathetic way to hurt Elizabeth and Jason who didn't even care. Nor did you mention how Elizabeth was kidnapped and almost killed because she was trying to protect Sam from Diego after he tried to kidnap and kill her. Then there was her deciding to get surgery to have kids again on Jake's birthday right after he died. Then there was her hiring Abby to sleep with Michael to help him recover from his rape who the fuck does that. You talk about how she thought her son was dead and how she's been through so much but Elizabeth Webber has been through way more shit than Sam and has never acted the way she has. Drew should have never married Sam from the get go because when he found out Jason was back in town he should have knew then that Sam still had feelings for Jason. drew is just a shell of a man. a man that sam thought was jason. none of this should have ever happened in the first place. all sorts of red flags should have gone up when drew found out he wasn't jason. just watching this scene, you can tell what a horrible disservice they have done to each other. drew has made sam not even a fraction of the woman she was when she was with jason. she's so weak now. and obviously sam should have just wised up to her feelings a long time ago and saved, not just drew, but everyone a lot of pain. but what really gets me here is that not even 3 months after their marriage, when sam asks drew to break a little sweat and be there for her, he can't do it. he refuses. he walks out. whereas jason, who knows that sam loves drew, who knows that she also loves him, who knows that she might always be drew's wife, who knows that they may never be together again, has told sam time and time again that he will always be there for her no matter what. but then again, common sense doesn't run well in soap operas.

Elizabeth Jones I guess Sam is always going to be faulted for that but we are not going to say how Liz continued to lies about Jake being his son and would have continue to lie about it if Sam never address the situation to Lucky. It’s ok when Liz does wrong but Sam has to be burned at the stake. This is not saying that what Sam did was cool because I was seriously pissed at that storyline but I did not appreciate how they trashed Sam’s character yet Liz was innocent in the situation she created. Lest not forget that before that happen Sam helped Jason figure that Michael was alive and helped Jason to find him. Sam brought Robin back to town to save Jason’s life. Sam is far from perfect but she has shown growth. The point of character growth is that you can make an egregious mistake but redemption is possible. That’s the reason why we like certain characters even the bad girls because we see there is more to them than what is on the surface. When Sam got with Sonny and came between him and Carly, I couldn’t stand her. It wasn’t until her and Jason start to build a friendship and see her care for her baby is when I started to soften towards her. The point is that Sam is not the Sam con woman she was when she came on the scene and she is human. She is not the first person to make a mistake. She did the best she could do in this situation. But I see now that if you like Liz then you hate Sam.

I agree with you. Has anyone considered the fact that Drew got caught in this because he shared the same face. Drew was living his life and because someone wanted Jason dead they took him instead. Drew was stripped of his memories and received Jason's. If that wasn't enough Helena got her claws into him. Came to Port Charles and was with Liz and made it pretty clear he didn't want the old Jason's life. The blood was already in the water and the sharks were swimming to suck him back in. Now to the one's that say he has Jason's memory and that's why Sam fell in love with Drew that's inaccurate. Drew still had amnesia when they started seeing each other. That was the point of Sam asking for a divorce to break from the past. It was a bonus after the Dante accident when he recovered Jason's memory but they were already in love. The writer's botched this story big time. Sam's response to Jason's return after five years was written poorly. Jason coming back after five years of being drugged and held captive to go back to the very thing that stole five years from your life is major sloppy writing. If you can empathize with Jason than you should be able to muster it up for Drew. His life was turned upside down because of Jason's lifestyle. Jason was the target not Drew but because his identity was uncovered he was used in this vendetta.
I actually loved Todd and hated Victor when the reveal came out Lol. Drew is cold to Sam because she wasn't shackled like the writer's are portraying. He gave her plenty of opportunities to take a step back and she made the choice not too that's why he is bitter towards her.
