Black Widow is the next one,. I know if you're doing release order it comes way at the end but it should have came out years ago,. And it makes alot more sense after Civil War,. Watching it after Endgame makes it feel meaningless
Tony: did you know? Steve: i didn't know IT WAS HIM" Tony: dont bullshit me, I asked you if you knew Steve: yes. I winter soldier, when Steve and Nat find Arnim Zola AI computer, the AI talks about creating a world of chaos so people will give up their freedoms and Zola says "afterall..accidents will happen" and show the newspaper article dated december 17th 1991 of howard starks car crash So steve knew it was an assassination by Hydra made to look like a crash. But didnt know it was bucky until now. Thats why he says "i didnt know IT WAS HIM"
The line that still anyways gives me chills: "I don't care, he killed my mom" The delivery of that line and the expression on his face is powerful acting. Brilliant acting.

He was turned into one in the first Captain America movie which is why he was strapped down to a table when Steve found him thats why he survived the fall from the train with only losing an arm
@@dudleyred267 Steve Rogers got the original PERFECTED Super Soldier Serum from Dr. Erskine. Red Skull took an imperfect prototype version that melted his face and drove him insane. All other versions of the serum(Abomination, Winter Soldier, etc) are cheap imitations that have bad side effects. I guess the version that Bucky received, took a while for him to develop the same abilities as Steve.
@@39Hundred This is true can confirm and not until Falcon and the Winter Soldier series that someone make a better version of the already perfected Super Soldier Serum
Something I love about this movie is that Cap and Tony’s motivation are so contrary to what they would have done at the beginning of their character arcs. Tony was the arrogant, proud, genius billionaire playboy philanthropist, but throughout his movies, and especially Age of Ultron, he has seen the damage his genius can do, and believes that he can’t be trusted to handle it himself. Cap, on the other hand, started as the young, idealist, wanting to help his country and join the army. But especially due to what happened in The winter soldier, he has grown suspicious of organizations and governments. Their viewpoints have basically switched from what they originally were, but you can totally see why they think as they do. Really love this movie.
And on top of that they both demonstrate each others' points at the end: Tony wants/needs to do something no matter what others want and Cap has to put a hero in check when their actions would be a mistake and hurt someone else.
When Bucky says *I remember all of them* it s one of the darkest moments in the mcu. Cause he s saying he remembers everyone hes killed as the winter soldier not just Tonys parents, it s like he had been conscious the entire time but not in control of his actions.
@@maxim196 except as they talk Steve gets him to remember that Zemo asked him about Siberia. So he might not remember right away, but with enough time he can remember the details. Why he has so many journals, he didn't remember anything right away but with work he can regain his memories.
@@maxim196 not really a plot hole. he had amnesia and probably a concussion from getting knocked out in the chopper crash. he didn't get knocked out on kill missions for hydra.
When Tony calls out for Spiderman at the airport he says..."Underoos!" So many people at the time thought he was saying.."On the roof!". Particularly non-Americans. Underoos were a kids superhero underwear that was popular in the 70's-80's. Tony Stark is just the right age to be familiar with them and we all know how Tony loves his nicknames.
@@christophplank8972 Um..no. But he could have been wearing Underoos as a kid, or at least saw them advertised on TV constantly. It's a joke that sorta winks at the audience. Underoos were superhero related underwear for kids. The reality is that the underoos brand had underwear that featured Cap, Iron Man, Hulk etc...long before the MCU Avengers came into existence. It's best not to think about it too hard. Tony made a costume for Spiderman that sorta resembles the underwear kids wore from his youth, so he nicknames Spidey "Underoos". 😉
@@christophplank8972 he could have just been wearing Star Wars underoos (which we know exists in that universe, because Spider-Man even made a reference to Star Wars), like I did when I was a kid. It's not just superhero stuff.
I agree. But the fact that Tony truly thought that Cap was going to do it shows how much trust Tony lost. That shot shows that their friendship was broken
That is true, my point is more to how how many people watch these but forget that Tony doesn’t have an Arc reactor in his chest anymore post IM3. Also from the first punch on all his effort is to stop Tony from attacking Bucky and shutting down the suit both he and Buck go after all the reactors over the suit.
I disagree. I *did* think that from watching it before, but I just now connected that Steve intentionally got Tony's helmet off first. Also Tony would have a good view where he was aiming. I think he was going to do it, but changed his aim at the last moment. And after watching Falcon and the Winter Soldier, that kind of makes it more powerful.
@@carrieseymour5197 Bucky tried to pull out the reactor. Cap tried to disable the boots. They were trying to stop him from killing Bucky. Steve had no reason to fucking KILL Tony. That’s completely contrary to the actions he was taking throughout the entire movie in order to save a friend’s life. Tony wanted vengeance. Cap was just in the way. Cap wanted Bucky to live. Tony’s suit posed the real threat to them.
Just so you know, Bucky was given super soldier serum (like Cap) during the experiments that were performed on him, so on top of his metal arm he has enhanced speed, strength and reflexes too. That’s how he was able to run that fast and grab that motorcycle like it was easy. It’s also how he has stayed alive this long, if you freeze a regular man, they’ll probably die. But super soldiers can be frozen for decades (potentially centuries) with no ill-effects.
I love your comment you made on this Post I love to hangout I have my my day off Wednesday if you don't mind can we chat on email.. Let me know what you think
52:58 that was improv, Holland forgot that Downey gonna sit down in the scene. To be fair, Robert Downey Jr. do so much improv through out whole franchise
Also, the scene where Wanda threw cars at Tony was a profound one. Notice how the suit said “contusion detected?” That was his left arm. For every MCU film going forward, Tony is nursing an achy left arm. That fight wounded him permanently. RDJ is such a great actor.
He was having issues with that arm before every time he is stressed. Just in this movie, before that fight, before Spidey was introduced and Nat and Tony were talking about the 36-hour deadline and being understaffed.
@@galinabrack6057 yeah exactly, its morre of a cardiac thing from the first iron man movie...that literally just defines him- not after civil war per see
One of my favorite moments when Captain America asks Spider-Man where he comes from. Peter tells him he is from Queens. Cap smiles and says Brooklyn. Despite being separated by over 70 years, Cap recognizes a fellow scrappy little guy from New York.
Remember that Bucky is also a super soldier. That's how he survived freezing and all of that. And that's why he's so strong. Loving the reactions guys!🥺
Originally, Spider-Man doesn’t make his webbing naturally. It’s artificial and shoots out of trigger activated cartridges. In the first Toby Maguire Spider-Man film, the director Sam Raimi decided to make a change. Sam Raimi decided to make the webbing come out of Peter’s body naturally.
It was actually a holdover. James Cameron was going to make a Spider-Man movie in the mid 90s and Leonardo DiCaprio was his choice. He was going to have organic webs in that version, and that carried over into Sam Raimi’s version.
“I thought those were natural” People who grew up during the Raimi era of Spider-Man feel that. Almost every version of Spider-Man invents web shooters, the organic webs are rare. That’s also true of his age, Spider-Man is often portrayed in his teens, high school age, which is hard to remember when he’s regularly played by people in their 20s or 30s.
Fun fact, that little "I'm gonna sit here so you move the leg" was improvised, Tom actually forgot the cue so Robert literally told him, just in character lol but it shows how good their chemistry is and also how adorably forgetful Tom is lol
I would not call him a pure protagonist, he had no choice, he lost everything except his roots (the fact that he is a Baron is explained in the series) and on the threshold of despair and revenge, there was no one left to blame except the Avengers for all this, fortunately this film perfectly summed up this line that they are also sinful!
@@ВалентинЖданов-р9е they are still heroes in that sense that they were still trying to save lives. They only wish all they had to deal with had no consequences. Both New York and Sokovia incident would destroy the whole planet had those missions succeeded.
Truly believe Cap had the hardest position of those 3 fighting in the end. He blamed neither Tony or Bucky, cared for them both, understood why Bucky did it, understood why Tony wanted to kill Bucky, and really the only blame he placed was on himself. He KNEW he should have told Tony long ago. He had no intention or desire to hurt Tony, rather just protect Bucky and "handle" Tony until his emotions settled.
Civil War is still one of the best comic books movies and I love how this movie focuses on the repurcussions of collateral damage. We don't get to see many action films or comic book films focus on the heroes having to pay the price for the collateral damage and how it affects them as a team, but this does it very well!
It’s not all guilt tho. As Tony says in this movie and then is told later by a very big powerful MCU bad guy, Tony is “burdened with knowledge.” He’s always known that worse things are to come and always tries to work proactively to prevent it. What’s ironic is he really does predict what happens at the end of phase 3 in this very movie (and kinda in age of Ultron).
@Andre Adkins It's not that he's selfish. It's that he genuinely can't see anything else other than what he did (Ultron). And he is ascribing those actions to the Avengers as a whole, probably because its too painful to understand his personal fault in it all. He feels like *he* needs to be put in check. And he does. In reality, the fault the Avengers have in this is that they didn't keep Tony in check themselves.
@@Ahjusshi_Brown His entire motivation for the accords is feeling guilt for that young mans death. He even tries to use it to manipulate the rest of the team (which doesn't work because Ultron wasn't something they created) with it.
@@itsonlysound I know that but you seem to forget something else he said when discussing why he signed the accords with Cap (after Cap’s arrest). Besides the guilt, besides the balance the accords would provide, Tony clearly says he’s trying to prevent worse things from happening. He KNOWS worse things will happen and to some degree cap does too (which is why he almost signed and had them amended). And ultimately Tony’s fear that things will get worse comes to fruition, so it’s not like he was wrong.
First, the motorcycle scene was done practically, figure that one out. Second, the story of this movie was amazing with both sides being right and wrong in questionable and fluid degrees. Third, it's even crazier in the comics, so crazy it involves almost all the Marvel characters, including the F4 and the X-Men. Lastly, and most importantly, I FU***NG miss Chadwick and wish he was still here.
This movie has a simple red line: people blaming the wrong people. Zemo, T'Challa, The Accords, Tony ... Everyone keeps blaming someone not at fault and seeking retribution. T'Challa is the only one who broke that cycle.
It also is a call back to Steve jumping on the grenade in CA:TFA. To me it shows that Bucky knows Steve so well he instinctively knows what he is going to do.
This is my favorite movie in the MCU. There are a few others that you could argue have better moments, but on the whole this is the best movie in my opinion. It brings up two valid arguments, and even when you fall on one side, you can see, and feel, the validity arguments of the other side. Captain America has always been my favorite character in the MCU, but my favorite single line is Tony saying "I don't care. He killed my mom." The pain in that line is so perfectly delivered. This movie has some flaws, and some plot holes, but I firmly believe that the good out weighs it all. Glad you enjoyed it!
I read somewhere that at 52:55, Tom actually forgot to move his leg to Robert just said that and they kept rolling. But it works so perfectly, you'd never know it!
The real reason for Peppers absence is because at the time Gwyneth Paltrow contract was up. She was only suppose to do the 3 Iron Man movies and a cameo in Avengers. Also the Russo brothers wanted to use that as a part of Tony’s breaking point in this movie. One of Tony Stark’s biggest issues is he doesn’t know when to stop (as Pepper tried to make him do in IM3). Sometimes he’s needs to be checked on cause at times he can go to extremes like with Ultron. Pepper was to Tony like Peggy was to Steve. When Pepper left, Tony felt abandoned. When Steve kept the truth about his parents a secret from him, he also felt abandoned and betrayed since Cap is like the only thing close to what he has left to remember his father. Tony can’t fight Pepper but he can fight Cap though
In just, confused, don't you know Bucky is a supersoldier like Steve?? They're stronger, faster, more resilient, heal quicker as well. There's no other way Bucky could withstand being constantly put into ice and thawed.
This movie was mind blowing when I first watched back in 2016, the final fight is one of the best of the entire MCU not just cause of the coreography, but all the emotions behind it. I'm definitely more Team Cap, but in the end I kind change my heart more towards Tony, cause of his parents, its so conflicting.
I don't know if anyone has said this in the comments yet, but when 52:55 Tony told Peter, "move your leg, i'm gonna sit here" that was actually improvised. Peter was apparently not supposed to sit like that and Tony was supposed to just casually sit next to him, but Peter/Tom Holland forgot about that and just sat down comfortably. So, Tony/RDJ told him to move his leg because that is what he was supposed to do. Anyways, first time I heard about it and it was explained I thought it was really funny haha
It's a pretty easy Team Cap decision for me. As for Tony going after Bucky.. I get the emotions of the situation, but him killing Bucky is similar to Zemo going after the Avengers for the death of his family. They would have died anyways due to Ultron dropping the city and killing the civilians; the Avengers saved far more from death compared to how many would have died. Bucky was not Bucky, he was a mind-controlled agent who had been warped into a killer. Again, I can empathize with Tony's in-the-moment emotions, but I also agree with Cap that Bucky didn't deserve to die for something he truly did not do, and something that will forever haunt him.
@@VColossalV and Tony has been trying to rectify that mistake, just as Bucky is trying to make up for all the harm he had inadvertently caused. Tony's was more deliberate, but only in the sense that he was in control of his actions; he certainly wasn't trying to create an evil robot. You kind of just reproved my point though.. Tony shouldn't kill Bucky for something he didn't do on purpose, and something he had far less control of than Tony did when making Ultron. How many mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, friends did Tony inadvertently kill through Ultron? Doesn't mean he deserves to have every single one of those family members try to murder him. We've always known this though; Tony is a child in many ways and can't handle his emotions.
@@spencergrady4575 People aren't going to see that, they see their dead loved ones, that's what they see, why would they care that he tries to fix his mistakes after the fact? Their families are DEAD because of his creation. Same with Tony wanting to kill Bucky, no shit his emotions control him in that situation, anyone's would.
@@VColossalV doesn't change what's right from wrong 🤷♂️ it'd be wrong of every family member of someone lost from Sokovia to hunt down and kill Tony just as it was wrong of him to try to kill Bucky. Empathy is a great thing, and I certainly empathize with Tony, but Bucky is 100% innocent in this situation no matter how you look at it.
@@spencergrady4575 bucky isn't 100% innocent he himself admitted that. but yeah it wasn't his fault however no one in that situation would think that he was mind controlled so I don't blame tony for losing it there not to mention cap should have told him they were murdered

The solider Natasha used as a shield wear full body armor, made to take a grenade blast & survive. Probably with pain & injury, but survive, nonetheless. Therefore, Natasha can easily survive by using 1 of them as a shield to absorb the blast with their body. Granted, she'd probably still have brief ringing in her ears from such a close ranged blast.

The last fight is such a masterpiece to me, I feel like I would feel the same way from both POV’s: tony’s hatred for his loss, and steve’s protection because even though Bucky did that terrible thing if that was my best friend I would never sit back and say you deserve this or even hold back to get him out of there like tony was going to kill him and you don’t have to fight Tony’s battle u just have to end it with neither of them dead. It’s just so sad but so good

I can see where both sides are coming from but I’m on caps side all the way just personally. Like the UN might not have let them go somewhere they needed to or more likely ended up using the avengers as soldiers against their own enemies. Loved the speech from Peggy through Sharon and yeah 100% was never gonna blink after that, he was defending his friend and fighting for what he believed was right, same with Tony and i think this is probs one of my fav movies because it was so complex and you can see both sides very clearly. But for me I’m with cap on this. It’s so concerning how quick the government turned on them though i mean they only showed the bad and not the good I mean how many more people would have died if they hadn’t gotten involved?

@@blackiron2294 I was team Tony the first time I saw the movie but after thinking, I wasn’t on either. They were both right and wrong at certain times. Though I still think Tony’s team is so much cooler lol.
The accords, I definitely agree with Cap. The fight in Siberia, I emphasize with both. Logically, Cap was right to protect Bucky and himself, of course, and he did it in the least violent way the situation allowed. But Tony was too deep in emotions, from the old wound ripped open again of finding out that his parents died, the betrayed feeling of Cap knowing they were murdered (or at least suspecting, it was heavily implied in the Winter Soldier, but never given proof until Civil War, so not sure you can count that as knowing. But Tony thought he knew), to recent but not as recent stuff of seeing his best friend in mortal peril and being paralyzed, seeing the child he recruited unconscious on the ground, somewhat older issues of blaming himself for Sokovia particularly, but also other casualties, even older with his PTSD from the wormhole (which caused the whole Ultron debacle), his betrayal by Stane (brought back up during the fight when both Bucky and Steve went for the Arc Reactor as Stane did) ...
What. A. Film. Also yeah I’m Team Cap all the way. Also yes originally Spidey made devices to shoot the webbing (both of which he designed himself causes hes a smart boi) but the early 2000s films changed it to be organically generated because they thought audiences wouldn’t believe it or something. Also yes! Funny Spidey is the one true Spidey ☺️ I’m so glad they got that right. Spidey might be my favorite >.> I get a little overly passionate about his depictions
I love the 30-megaton nukes analogy that Ross uses. The development and use of the atomic bomb was the exclamation point on the end of WWII. Like the invention of gunpowder centuries earlier, it forever changed the face of warfare and everyone wanted to get in on it. The Avengers are effectively the next generation of warfare. Whether they intend to be or not, that’s how the world will see them and anyone who doesn’t share their agenda - and despite what Steve says, they have an agenda too - will be threatened. Then comes the question: fight, flight, or freeze? They can’t freeze, because then they might cease to exist. They can’t fly, because there’s nowhere the Avengers can’t follow. Fighting is the only option and how do you fight the Avengers? You exert enough force to counter their own. Result: mutually assured destruction.
To help explain the perspective of the government: Avengers come in, fight off dangerous threat (that they sometimes have a hand in bringing there), then leave behind a destroyed place They dont pick the pieces up after the fight They just show up, fight, and leave Yes they rescue civilians, yes they protect people, but they dont clean up the messes they cause during that Thats the problem, its a bad look
Bucky has more than a robotic arm he has the same super solider serum as Cap that's why he's as strong and can run as fast, Cap is just a better fighter/tactician overall. Also Spider-Man always made his own webs he's a genius only the Sam Rami films did that dumb organic web stuff
when ross says "how woul you call an enhanced individual who routinely ignores sovereign borders and inflicts his will wherever he choses", I wish one of the avengers had said EMIL BLONSKY just to see Ross s reaction.
Not to mention he's the reason Banner became the Hulk because he tricked him into testing his experiment on himself. Also, him trying to refer to Hulk and Thor as nukes was ridiculous. Especially in Thor's case because he's a prince from another world.
YES! I would call such an individual General Ross, ignoring the sovereign borders of Brazil, inflicting his will, and civilian casualties, and massive property damage. And yes Ross is enhanced - he has a superhuman-level of stupidity.

"can Wanda just stop them".. She actually could... She still didn't know how powerful her power was.. Still learning her power.. The director once said she could stop the fight in seconds if she was in her peak..
When I first watched this movie I agreed more with cap and I still do but watching it again with you guys made me understand where Tony’s headspace was and reasonings for why he was so focused on getting revenge on Bucky and also the sub plot with everyone continuing the cycle of revenge which brought them to this point
Watching Infinity War really shows the future Tony was afraid of and struggled desperately to prevent. Steve was always right in the moment, Tony was a futurist and was right in the end. Very well written characters and story lines.
Natasha was raised from a child to be the perfect assassin.. that's why she handles all the pain so well and has the ability to anticipate anything that can be thrown at her. She also has super serum running through her veins.
One of the major reasons I'm on team Cap is that I just don't trust the UN at all. They actually put _Iran_ on the human rights committee! To my mind Zemo is one of the more sympathetic villains. He wasn't out to take over or destroy the world; he wanted justice for his family, much like Maximoff twins or Mariah Dillard. He wears a slightly different face in Falcon & The Winter Soldier; more likable with a slightly different set of goals. At least, I found him more likeable. Blaming the Avengers for all those catastrophes is wrong. The only exception is Sokovia, since that came from Ultron, which came from Stark. That's on Tony, not the entire team. Instead of manning up and accepting responsibility, he says "we're" responsible and puts it on the Avengers.
@3:55, It’s never shown as much in the MCU, but Captain America is also the drill instructor for the Avengers. In the comics, when a character says that they have been trained in hand to hand combat by Captain America people know they are badass. For example, when Hawkeye changed to his Ronin persona he totally impressed Spider-Man himself. When Spidey asked where he learned to fight like that, Clint gave all credit to Cap for his sick moves. Spider-Man just nodded and said “Cap was the man”.
I love the details they reveal in fight scenes. Captain America, Bucky, and Black Panther are operating at about the same level in terms of strength and speed. Faster than human, but nowhere near Quicksilver. Stronger than human, but nowhere near Hulk or Thor. The fight scenes make it obvious that T'Challa has more agility and fighting skill than either Steve or Bucky. Not mentioned in the movie: T'Challa also has enhanced senses, and amazing tech, as well as a little magic not shown here. I love how Wakanda signed the accords and never mentioned that they have many people with powers just as crazy as the Avengers. This is impressive: Sokovia intelligence one about Hydra and their Winter Soldier program. American intelligence knew about either. The Soviet Union one about the Winter Soldier program, but incorrectly thought they were in charge of it. Sokovia intelligence was a leg up on both superpowers, and was working against Hydra behind the scenes. You'll get to see more of Sharon Carter in What If. Steve Rogers and King T'Chaka have a history. It's implied, but not explicitly stated in this movie. The actor playing Bucky was impressive. He was playing Bucky at 3 different cognitive levels. Also, he really speaks Romanian. Traditionally, the webs are from tech that Peter made. There was a movie in which the webs were a biological part of his power. A fight between a member of the Dora Milaje and Natasha would be a very close fight as T'Challa implies, butt only because Natasha cheats. ;) Both the Dora and the Red Room train from childhood. The dead man in the hotel room was the real psychiatrist who was supposed to see Bucky. When Black Widow left, she went straight to the events of her solo movie.
I don't know what magic you think T'Challa is supposed to have. Also, I don't know where it is implied that Steve Rogers and King T'Chaka have a history. Are you sure you're not mixing comics with the MCU?
If the person that killed my parents was standing right in front of me, I would definitely attack them too. Especially the fact that cap kept it from him. I understand Bucky was under mind control but cmon, people act like they wouldn’t react exactly like Tony did. Team iron man all the way.
The government is way more corrupt than The Avengers could ever be. Remember, they're mad at The Avengers for causing collateral damage, but The Avengers stopped the very same government from NUKING NEW YORK in the first Avengers movie
@@marieetre team iron man? just because it makes sense, doesn’t mean it’s justified. I get why Tony did it too. That doesn’t mean it was right, and it confuses me why you’d be on his team after acknowledging that? Cap was defending his childhood best friend from being killed for something completely out of his control. That’s far more morally justifiable than what Tony is doing. Bucky was used as a weapon, he didn’t really kill them himself. Tony should have gone after the people who made Bucky do it, that would have been 100% justified.
@@Ashley-lz9jh if someone killed your parents knowingly or not would you forgive them. It was a pleasure watching you two enjoy this movie and talk about the conflict with passion and understanding of both sides. Can't wait for the next one!
In the original stories of Captain America there was no Peggy Carter. In the late 50s/early 60s Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created a love interest for CA during WWII. This character they made the original love interest for CA and after a few retcons she was the older sister of Sharon Carter and then made into her aunt. So the story has been changed again and again. In the MCU this was a nod back to the comics in that most of the comic stories people of today grew up with Sharon Carter was the love interest to Captain America.
Team Cap all the way. Tony has always been a flawed character in the story. He always makes the wrong decision before he makes the right one. The was Cap is written he may be wrong in some way but in the way he is wrong he is still right. I would rather be wrong with Captain America than right with anyone else.
Team Cap since the First Avenger. Tony made a lot of good points but the government having absolute control is never a good thing because governments have agendas too. Never want to get locked into someone's politics. As for his parents, I get it but I also get defending your friend from for something he had no power over doing.
I agree I’m also team Cap. At the end of the day a government wanted control.
Tony was never really arrogant

When Tony calls out for Spiderman at the airport he says..."Underoos!" So many people at the time thought he was saying.."On the roof!". Particularly non-Americans. Underoos were a kids superhero underwear that was popular in the 70's-80's. Tony Stark is just the right age to be familiar with them and we all know how Tony loves his nicknames.
So...Tony was reading Spider-Man comics as a kid?
@@christophplank8972 Um..no. But he could have been wearing Underoos as a kid, or at least saw them advertised on TV constantly. It's a joke that sorta winks at the audience. Underoos were superhero related underwear for kids. The reality is that the underoos brand had underwear that featured Cap, Iron Man, Hulk etc...long before the MCU Avengers came into existence. It's best not to think about it too hard. Tony made a costume for Spiderman that sorta resembles the underwear kids wore from his youth, so he nicknames Spidey "Underoos". 😉

This is like the first time I’ve seen someone that gets that Cap would never kill Tony but was just trying to shut down the suit.

Just so you know, Bucky was given super soldier serum (like Cap) during the experiments that were performed on him, so on top of his metal arm he has enhanced speed, strength and reflexes too. He had no intention or desire to hurt Tony, rather just protect Bucky and "handle" Tony until his emotions settled.
Civil War is still one of the best comic books movies and I love how this movie focuses on the repurcussions of collateral damage. I’m genuinely enjoying this series! Y’all are so fun to watch and it’s so interesting watching the films from a new perspective
Tony's entire motivation is guilt for the things that he's caused. That's why he can't see clearly in this situation.
Whenever he’s talking ish about cap and shit I’m like dude that’s all YOUR fault!
First, the motorcycle scene was done practically, figure that one out. Second, the story of this movie was amazing with both sides being right and wrong in questionable and fluid degrees.

And who created Ultron?

Result: mutually assured destruction.

the one guy that could have was sadly not there.
@@scottb3034 Tony Knew about blonsky as well but he just didnt say anything.
Yall have the best reaction videos.. Most reaction videos cram a 2 hour movie into 30 minutes.. they tuned out sounds and skip key parts of movies.. you guys somehow found a loop hole and are able to keep most of the movie in.. love it. I am a new subscriber
"can Wanda just stop them".. She actually could... She still didn't know how powerful her power was.. Still learning her power.. The director once said she could stop the fight in seconds if she was in her peak..
I mean Tony could have killed the other 2 guys too...but that wouldn't be fun😂
Another really entertaining reaction from you two! I'm so glad you're both back!
When I first watched this movie I agreed more with cap and I still do but watching it again with you guys made me understand where Tony’s headspace was and reasonings for why he was so focused on getting revenge on Bucky and also the sub plot with everyone continuing the cycle of revenge which brought them to this point
Watching Infinity War really shows the future Tony was afraid of and struggled desperately
to prevent. Steve was always right in the moment, Tony was a futurist and was right in the end. Very well written characters and story lines.
Actually Peggy has her own show and development!!
Monica and Rico are the BEST. That's all🤗
Natasha was raised from a child to be the perfect assassin.. that's why she handles all the pain so well and has the ability to anticipate anything that can be thrown at her.
Banner? Do you mean the guy that Ross declared a fugitive from the US Military and wanted to weaponize the Hulk?
You’re smashing it Nico mate, loving the Marvel reactions with you and Monica!! Hope you are feeling good now too
I am team Iron Man for the accords, and I understand why he wanted to beat up / kill the winter soldier. But I also get Cap's motives
And I don’t wanna hear “give me time to grieve and I’ll decide” type stuff because tony had no time to grieve since it was only a couple minutes before all that he just found out his parents were murdered by someone he was changing his mind about and his closest friend new that
It was a pleasure watching you two enjoy this movie and talk about the conflict with passion and understanding of both sides. Can't wait for the next one!
Rico I feel the same way whenever I watch this movie 😂😂 everytime I get to the end, once we learn abt Tony’s parents I get so upset on his behalf
Underrated exchange:
Falcon: Did anybody ever tell you you're a little paranoid?
Nat: Not to my face. Why? Did you hear something?
Black Widow's fight scene in this movie is so good! 🖤

Captain America was a filthy lier
Nothing more
A selfish cuckold aka captain America
Team Cap since the First Avenger. Tony made a lot of good points but the government having absolute control is never a good thing because governments have agendas too. Never want to get locked into someone's politics. As for his parents, I get it but I also get defending your friend from for something he had no power over doing.
I agree I’m also team Cap. At the end of the day a government wanted control. They could’ve easily compromised and proposed better laws for the avengers instead of outright controlling their organization. PS, people forget that the government tried to nuke NY (killing a massive amount of people) when the avengers could close the portal.
@@paulbrown9328 that's right, I forgot about the nuke New York call they made. I know some people don't like the good guy personality Cap has, but that's the kind of leader you want. Even more so than Fury in my opinion. Iron-man is cool but Cap is my guy.
@@mumm-ratheeverliving2288 But if that happened in real life and some one close to you died because of hulk just smashing around doing his angry thing do you still agree to cap ? I wanna know that
Because I will be Team Tony then
@@JaySewani I think would be upset initially for sure. However, after some time to grieve and think about it. I'd rather take my chances with the Avengers attempting to save my loved ones over them being killed by an army of aliens or by a nuclear strike a government council agreed on. I feel it's better to have a independent group with no political agenda looking out for me than a group of people behind desks that may have a perticular agenda for their decisions. I believe I would still be team Cap.
team cap to hell and back. your comment is almost letter for letter my thoughts. he was basically my favorite before the mcu, the movies just made him better.
"Even the whole world is telling u to move ,you plant yourself like a tree ,.... "This was actually said by capitan America ,it's his own words from back in the day
Remember tony built Ultron so hes technically responsible for sekovia
The moment Cap said yes, that's when Zemo won and the Avengers died.
Captain America & Iron Man fight against each other before when I play Marvel's Ultimate Alliance 2.
Orange slices - in the US the kids are given orange slices at halftime as a refreshment.
Tony secretly made ultron even tho he knew the government would say no. He caused sokovia. Who tried to stop Tony from making him? nobody cuz the government trusted him. the gov trusted the avengers & because Tony accidentally made ultron. people died.
Actually Steve and the rest of the team didn’t want him making him. Still pisses me off the movies had him make him in the first place right before an antman movie.
It was caused by wanda

Vitamin C provides natural energy. Vitamin C ---> Oranges ---> Going big as antman and getting exhausted.
It always gets me when they want to hold them accountable for the damaged caused during the invasion of NYC, and I'm like the governments plan was to nuke it
Exactly lol. Like the nuke wouldn’t have even solved the problem that those mf were coming from a portal in the sky lol whilst the avengers acc took out the root cause. Plus the environmental implications of nuking NYC like hellooo it would be uninhabitable for decades if not centuries. I mean NYC is an economical hub after all. Soo many homeless people.
Orange slices boost energy and help with fatigue! Any citrus fruit/fruit juice helps! Also in America, it was simply a joke about how Moms pass out orange slices to their kids after big games, cause they’re tired!
Thank god this dropped. My local Chinese is closed and I’ve been dreaming of Chinese food all day… was about to lose my shit.
