@@SamMartinPeakPerformance Definitely unrelenting focus. The ability to set a focus on a certain plan and do it relentlessly will eventually put you into a zone where you are unstoppable, and that zone is the ultimate goal for peak performance.

What do you think is the most important mental skill?
I think visualisation is the most important. If you can't even imagine what it is you want to do and how you'll do it, then you would probably struggle to set goals and positively talk yourself into the mind state you need to work and move ahead.
😅hadn't seen the emotional regulation bit yet. But I think it is something that is overlooked so much. I know because I've done that countless times, till all the work I was putting in didn't help me get results. It's basically a prerequisite for any type of performance in life.
@@bonginkosikings6039 For sure! as said, everything feeds back into this one. So if you don't nail that then a lot of the other skills are not going to be effective/work out.
