    Since creating this video Luminar Neo has been updated and improved. You can get the newest version on sale here: bit.ly/NeoSale and maybe save more with coupon: ATNEO10 (sometimes Skylum de-activate the code if there's already a promotion running but worth giving a go!)

    BIG NEWS! Skylum has just launched a summer sale where you can save a massive 81% off Luminar Neo here bit.ly/NeoSale But the cool thing is in addition to that they've given me a coupon code to share with you so you get to save ANOTHER 20% (use code AFF-T5C1C0 ) I really hope that helps you out! It should work for both the perpetual licence and the subscription too. Enjoy😄 Best wishes, Anthony

    How can you merge layers for printing, exporting in luminar leo?

    • @AnthonyTurnham
      @AnthonyTurnham  5 місяців тому

      Just export in the format of your choice and the image layers will automatically be flattened.

    Hello Anthony. I LOVE your vids and am working my way through every one of them....I currently specialize in Real Estate and Architectural photography and have one question: Several months back I watched a video on this channel that stated that Luminar NEO is now your primary editor, and that almost all of your work is done in this program. However, on your Architecture editing channel all of your videos are still being done with LR and PS. I am curious if you now use NEO for your Architectural photography as well, or if it is lacking capabilities that make it the best choice for architectural photography? I am asking because I am considering switching to NEO, but won't be making the switch if LR and PS still provide tools and capabilities that make it the BEST choice for the type of photography I do. Thanks for your input and keep up the good work!

      Hi Shawn. I still use LR and PS for architecture. The cataloguing in LR is more robust for a professional workflow. I also love the guided transform tool. Neo is a great editor and with the HDR merge extension is a valuable addition to the toolset for architecture but if that's your primary area I'd stick with LR and PS.

    Blur on portraits looks exceedingly phony. I never use it. I may try hiding it as here, as blur by itself gives skin a plastic doll look.

      No unfortunately a very sad story but Lando has been killed by someone locally. Heartbroken. The guy is being prosecuted but the court date keeps getting shifted back.

      That is terrible how could anyone harm such a cute cat. I'm really sorry for what had happened. I hope that 'animal' is prosecuted and is sent to prison, as this news has also upset me. Luckily my two cats are still with me. How did your wife and kids act when they heard the news? I bet they were devastated and heartbroken! I love cats, as you probably know, so whenever I hear that a cat has been harmed it upsets me too. Regards from Felix the Cat. 😿 Ps. Rest in peace Lando! 😿

    Hi Anthony, thanks for this helpfull video about layers.
    My question: does any edit only apply to the layer you selected on the left?

    • @AnthonyTurnham
      @AnthonyTurnham  11 місяців тому

      Yes it does. But it then interacts with the layers below based on the blending mode and opacity.
