The only things that can speed up your game besides messing with the settings (quite little you can do there) is using a 60 or 144 hz monitor (not something like 75) and a vpn like mudfish.
Yeah would need to point out what what you mean by fast, FPS drop could be what was already was pointed about monitor refresh rate, could also be browser flags or game speed on battle settings. After removing possible slowdowns on PC settings it would all be on ping.
