It was actually Senator Birch Bayh who wrote Title IX-- his one sentence, 37 words, that brought on the revolution for women in education and athletics and beyond.

The face at the beginning and end of this piece should be Patsy Mink-not Nixon.

Title IX is a disaster. It creates more chaos in a country where everything is already chaotic

TITLE IX now reaches far beyond the scope of athletics. student victims of sexual misconduct are protected by this legislation if it is used properly

he never did anything with title ix. he allowed transgendered people to participate in athletics for the gender they identify with. that isn't discriminating against anyone on the basis of sex and all activities are still receiving equal Federal financial assistance. Whether you agree with the policy or not, it didn't violate Title IX.

Watch the tapes showing how Nixon was fine with promoting LESS healthcare in favor of more profits, how he said him spying on people isn't a crime because he's the President, how he printed so much $ that he took us off the gold standard, how he spent $ n caused suffering/death in Vietnam, how he (probably) faked the Moon landing (channel Jarrah White gives details/evidence on that if youre open minded to it).
Give equal OPPORTUNITY but it's discrimination that men EARN more but don't get more benefits because some of their revenue goes to schools that now have to share it with women. you are not preparing women for the real world.
WNBA players earn less because they never earn a net profit for the league. the NBA pays child support basically lol but that won't last forever. Also, a man can be excluded from women's sport programs but women can't be excluded from men's sports e.g. Sarah Fuller even though we can justify excluding women from men's sports because of their poor relative performance at these events.
P.S I don't have time to read, or reply to, comments here, but click the sub/bell icons on channel youtube (dot) com / Playitalready for details/evidence in an upcoming video showing women have more rights than men yet play victim, and for other interesting/insightful vids. I may see u there.

"effectively barring sex discrimination in school sports and academics." Yet men are disallowed from playing in women's sports, while women are free to play in men's sports e.g. Sarah Fuller. Yes we can see that discrimination against women is forbidden. When do we think discrimination against men will be made illegal?
Here is the main clause of Title IX
"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance"
Can someone explain on what basis a man can be excluded from women's sport programs? We can justify excluding women from men's sports because of their poor relative performance at these events. We notice the law bans discrimination against a 'person' ie individuals yet women as a group are the beneficiaries!
