    Dr. Rosendo Collazo,serves as Epic Physician Champion at Health Choice Network (HCN). He has been a part of the HCN team since November 2021. In this role, Dr. Collazo provides clinical analysis, research, and coordination of clinical topics relevant to Epic EHR implementation. Previously, Dr Collazo served as Assistant Medical Director and subsequently Chief Medical Officer and Assistant Executive Director for Camillus Health Concern from 1993 - 2011. During this time, he developed continuity clinics for disease management, developed a comprehensive oral health and behavioral health program, as well as a continuous quality management program.
    For over a decade Crystal Loucel, from the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, has served as a bilingual and bicultural public health nurse within the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2019, Crystal has worked as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC). She previously served as the National Association of Hispanic Nurses’ (NAHN) San Francisco Chapter President for two years where successfully led two Muevete Obesity-Prevention Program Grants reaching over 200 Latinx families.
    Dr. Monica Gomberg: Dr. Gomberg is the Vice President of Clinical Care and a board certified Endocrinologist at Blue Circle Health, specializing in Type 1 Diabetes care. Dr. Gomberg completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medicine Center (UPMC) in Pittsburgh, PA. While at UPMC she also had the privilege of serving veterans through longitudinal clinics at the Veterans Affairs Hospital.
    Dr. Brittany Bruggeman is pediatric endocrinologist and physician scientist at the University of Florida and represents the American Academy of Pediatrics, Florida Chapter today. She is a leader in patient advocacy and policy within the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Diabetes Association and is Legislative Co-Chair of the Florida AAP. She has been involved in type 1 diabetes research for the past 15 years. Her current pursuits include the clinical care of diabetes, endocrine, and gender diverse patients and research investigating the natural history and pathophysiology of exocrine dysfunction in type 1 diabetes, which is funded through NIH and foundational awards.
