Towards the end of January I was feeling mentally exhausted and drained . I was all up in my room just eating and binge watching I stopped going out , I stopped hanging out with my friends , I just stopped doing things . I was sad cause my plans weren't going as planned and that shook me but I realized that that's not me . I am strong , independent and reliable . I started doing meditations and balancing my chakras .
