Hey my friend,
I have the book and the demo tapes too, they are great! Amazing to hear the early songs that never made it on their albums... makes you wonder if they did more work on them how they might have turned out. It is just so interesting to see how their music changed over time and with the right arrangments how Morten's voice became the unbelievable instrument that it is.
