RS-EX-3 CM 3 Defender Only
Funny stage. Only Penance can do damage in CM thanks to the insane DEF values (~3000) and the constant freezing, but unlike NM she doesn't have the damage to kill enemy Defenders anymore.
Jessica turned out to be great here because her skill lasts longer while frozen, and her shield gives me enough block count to stop the horde of Defenders that I can't kill in time. The taunt also keeps my other units alive vs casters. Finally, the high DEF values allow them to tank the Burdenbeasts temporarily (they hit much harder than the Defenders), which required me to adjust the skills to leak them through Penance (who would get flattened by 1.2k ATK).

I was wondering if you could abuse the freeze mechanic to give some leniency to Jessica's tech.

It doesn't really help with saving up cannon shots because you can't deactivate the skill while frozen
Easier for shooting in weird directions but not too useful here
If I didn't get anywhere with another hour of attempts I'd probably try some cannon abuse
