- This is just a short video about walking around in my neighbourhood at night, filming random buildings, objects and scenes. I wanted to test editing and color grading with the newly released DaVinci Resolve app for iPad. Everything was working as expected, but I guess some tweaks are needed. I'm really missing the customizable export settings 😅

This lens is crazy good.
Solid low light performance here from this camera. Lens helped produce nice compositions in this too. Nice video 👌🏾
I'll try recording with higher ISO in the future because I think most of my videos are too dark 😅 Thanks for the feedback!
@@JLNSTCKhonestly in the particular video I think you did a good job. Low light on this camera is tricky because noise can be introduced so quickly if not careful. I’ve played around with different settings. But this one I think you nailed the balance.

What settings do I have to play with on the Sony to make it look anamorphic. Looked zoomed in right now
You'll need an anamorphic lens with a squeeze factor - it's nothing that you can emulate in camera.
What luts and how you desqueeze in camera?
Just the default Kodak one that comes with DaVinci Resolve. That's the place where the desqueeze did happen, too 👍
Were you filming this in 1080?
No, I recorded this in 4k but exported it @ only 1080p.
