Remember to check 240.21(c)(1) Primary protection only on 2 wire in/2 wire out and DELTA/DELTA. Can not feed a panel with out a main breaker unless you have this situation, remember you can go 125 percent on primary and secondary protection, just have to be careful of nuisance trips.
