This is nowhere near the best Litany of the Sacred Heart. Any vernacular translation cheapens it and takes away its true reverence. Say this litany in Latin the way it should be said.
Frank Pontone This is a good , clear Litany of the Sacred Heart. Someone edit this from the Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and did a good job. It's easily understood, no extra added attractions It's the original and complete Litany. I and others happen to love this version. Before one starts suggesting reciting in Latin, first learn this Litany of the Sacred Heart by memory. That way one might hve a clue as to what they're reading blindly. oh! I forgot ..... everyone hz been exposed to Latin.
