Can ya go smaller with implants if ya only had implants from double mastectomy I had double DD I never ask for big implants I wanted some smaller ones like C or B
After a mastectomy removing breast tissues and having a cavity, how do you get a capsule area to inject the fat into since there is no tissue to insert the transferred fat into? Or do you insert the area between the pec amd remaiming skin space and it will take?
You would inject just under skin. You would need multiple sessions of fat injections as you could only do a small amount each time. Build up slowly. Dr Beldholm
