For those who are confused by this movie, Shock Treatment is in an alternative timeline to RHPS. That is why Brad and Janet seem unaffected by the events of RHPS. This is basically a different dimension.
Why is everyone always hating on the new Brad and Janet? Honestly, they may not be as good as the originals but both of them were AMAZING in this movie! I really like Jessica Harper's voice, even if it doesn't sound like Susan Sarandon's... And Cliff De Young does an amazing job of being both Brad AND Farley. Does anyone agree...? Anyone...?
@Sabreeshuh The "Bitchin' in the Kitchen" song came from the "Rocky Horror Shows His Heels" script. Originally, it was at Brad and Janet's house (Brad in the kitchen and Janet in the bedroom/bathroom), that's why they name off different appliances. The song came right before Brad left Janet for Dr. Scott (they both enjoyed their experiences at Frank's castle a little too much), they go back to the ruins of the castle and find Rocky and end up reviving Frank with "Shock Treatment"
Barry Bostwick was awesome and still my favorite Brad ever (with Craig Ferguson's bizarre Mr. Mackey-accented version as number 2), but Cliff DeYoung deserves credit for managing to play 2 characters so well that I honestly didn't realize he WAS both of them until the end.
@Sabreeshuh Sadly, it was never made. It was one of the early sequel scripts Richard O'Brian did, but since Rocky Horror somewhat bombed in its original run (to the studio's standards) they didn't have the budget for it. When it became apparent that Rocky Horror Shows His Heels wasn't going to be made, Richard wrote the script for Shock Treatment and recycled the songs into it. The info I have on it came from Wikipedia, but there might be a script floating around the net somewhere also
@Sabreeshuh ... The guy in yellow is Bert. Doctor Scott isn't in this movie, nor are any of the other RHPS characters, save for Brad and Janet. It's not a sequel, it's not a prequel, it's an equal, as so stated by Patricia Quinn in an interview. This movie has it's own story line. It has nothing really to do with Rocky Horror.
"Hello, Mrs and Mr Majors. I am Dr. Cosmo McKinley and this is my sister and...um... 'collegue', Dr. Nation McKinley." Poor Richard REALLY fancies Pat and she has friendzoned him. Guys, now you're still both in age when if nothing can help then Viagra can, so quick get blue pills in pharmacy and rush to the closest motel! Deal?
i still quite like this,minus the rocky h cast. also,it kind of works that they are different people cause brad and janet are meant to have drastically changed...(thats how i think of it anyway!) thankyou for uploading :D
@santababy476 Correction, you forgot about Ralph and Betty being in here from RHPS, also (with Ralph's actor the only one who plays the same role... though I'm somewhat curious about Charles Grey, if he's the same criminologist from the first movie)
@phantomkitty1234 ikr? and did you notice in part 1 Janet was the one telling Brad he will be fine? lol,so much for Janet being the always panicking one and Brad calming her down! also, Janet's voice is bugging me,it's just so different :/
2:28 the social scientist is one step away from being a crimlogest and he acts like he knows brad and janet mabey the old guy and the crinerlogist from rockey horor show is the same character
I agree I think De Young and Harper are excellent I think all the actors are good in this I just happen to not like SHOCK TREATMENT. Some of the songs are good (bitchin in the kitchin my fav.) but the feel of the movie and tv themes just are not doing it for me. I have watched PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE and ROCKY HORROR over 50 times (i know small #) but have watched SHOCK TREATMENT 2 times now and just am not feeling it which is sad because your right the cast is great. Maybe 3 is a charm
is the guy in yellow Dr Scott? who the hell is he and where did he come from? and why does Ruby Wax look as confused as me? Dear Blender? Toaster? who wrote this shit?
I'm sorry to say, in my opinion, this film is pretty crap compared to Rocky Horror. I know this isn't a sequel as such, but it doesn't even make much sense. Janet, she sounds like a bloody bloke, especially compared to Susan's version. I think the film doesn't make sense because it has original cast members, but not really portraying the same characters.
OMG I HATE THIS MOVIE + BRAD HAS CURLY HAIR AND JANET HAS BROWN HAIR!!BRAD HAS STRAIGHT HAIR AND JANET HAS BLOND HAIR!!!!! WELL THE BRAD AND JENET REAL IS BETTER!!!!!! THEY TRIED TO MAKE ANOTHER ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW AND FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad that 4 of the actors from RHPS are in this.
Jessica Harper is so cute. She reminds me of a human lollipop.
Sitizen Kane She is a good singer, but her voice is way to burly for Janet Weiss/Majors. And she is pretty cute :>
Sitizen Kane She's still pretty.
Oh, my God! Nell looks completely different with the long hair!!!

Rest Home Ricky. Fuck yeah!
I really liked the Brad in Rocky Horror...Barry Bostwick was a cute, feisty guy with a killer jawline

I love Susan but i can't imagine this song without Harper's voice. To hear it performed with a higher pitch is unimaginable.
Wow.. I'd say they made a major change with Brad's actor (no pun intended :3)
Mr.Mayall!!!!!!! Yes, I've seen this before

@TuxKamen THAT sounds entertainingly incredible! and makes alot more sense. where can i find this Rocky Horror Shows His Heels?
"Hello, Mrs and Mr Majors. I am Dr. Cosmo McKinley and this is my sister and...um... 'collegue', Dr. Nation McKinley."
Poor Richard REALLY fancies Pat and she has friendzoned him. Guys, now you're still both in age when if nothing can help then Viagra can, so quick get blue pills in pharmacy and rush to the closest motel! Deal?

@Lyco499499 Yeah, Susan Sarandon complains about RHPS too much. She should just be grateful that she was in one of the best movies ever!
@santababy476 Correction, you forgot about Ralph and Betty being in here from RHPS, also (with Ralph's actor the only one who plays the same role... though I'm somewhat curious about Charles Grey, if he's the same criminologist from the first movie)
@ZippyFartsProduction search phantom of the paradise.
She sounds fantastic there! I agree though, she doesn't sound very good here.
@phantomkitty1234 ikr? and did you notice in part 1 Janet was the one telling Brad he will be fine? lol,so much for Janet being the always panicking one and Brad calming her down! also, Janet's voice is bugging me,it's just so different :/
lol. I love Ricky.
I know it's probably not worth asking, but what exactly is Cosmo's weakness?
@TuxKamen Yes, thank you. I forgot about them.
Judge wright: isn't that brad and Janet majors? Me: you'd know, wouldnt you! You freaken stalker! With you book of photos -.-
Indeed. Their REAL names, BTW, are Richard O'Brien and Patricia Quinn.
@GodOfWarMaster13 It is.
Random, BUT... YAY FOR PANTSUITS! lol
i agree
Did the pantsless nurse play Columbia in the last movie?
@ValkyrieCain123 maybe they did that on perpose since in the last movie their roles were so stereotypical?
@DoctorChibi740 yup :]
Ralph Hapschatt?! Isn't he a character from Rocky? I remember his name.....
well dont think of it as a sequel think of it as an equel
@GodOfWarMaster13 Um... I don't know who you're referring to.
9:12 *slap* xD
@WeCanCos SO TRUE!
2:28 the social scientist is one step away from being a crimlogest and he acts like he knows brad and janet mabey the old guy and the crinerlogist from rockey horor show is the same character
@DIGIxPUNKx1996 Yup! Before The Young Ones :D
@TaylerIsAComedyFan now im exited :)
RIK MAYALL!!!!!!
thay shouldent make fun of brad
its only natural that brad is still a little shaken form there little run in with the late Dr. FrankenFurter
so the car never brake down rocky horror picture
@phantomkitty1234 possibly :)
0_o why is brad and janet like, oposits from what they used to be? its like suddenly janets the dude and brads the chick...
Once again He and Patrica Quinn are brother and Sister
i dont get it is he really blind or is he faking?
I feel that if they kept the original brad and Janet it would've been better...

@DoctorChibi740 haha i get it xD
I think this film would have worked alot better with barry and susan.
Janet really reminds me of Ellen Page...
is the guy in yellow Dr Scott? who the hell is he and where did he come from? and why does Ruby Wax look as confused as me? Dear Blender? Toaster? who wrote this shit?
The guy in yellow is Bert Schnick, a host for DTV. And Richard O'Brien wrote Shock Treatment.
FUCKING HELL! Isthat Rik Mayall?
Yup!
7:44 er dafuq
frank?
Omg this version of Brad and Janet are horrible :(
Janet sounds like a guy!!!!
O.O okay Rocky Horror has better songs and brad and janet :/ and why do brad and janet sound like the same person when singing? o.o weird song lol
I'm sorry to say, in my opinion, this film is pretty crap compared to Rocky Horror. I know this isn't a sequel as such, but it doesn't even make much sense. Janet, she sounds like a bloody bloke, especially compared to Susan's version.
