I gotta tell you, I’ve been using a blow dry brush for a while now. It does wonders for my hair, but it is very drying and damaging even though I only use it on medium. Your video showed me something I was doing very wrong. I was letting my hair air dry far too long before drying it with the brush. I did it last night and followed your guidelines and holy crap!! My hair looks so good and super smooth!!! Thank you!
Brad, can you do a video on how to pin hair up at night to maintain the blowout? It was your last tip and I need more details on it!!! Thanks for helping me glow up in my 30s.
I’m convinced revlon reached out to some influencers because I’ve seen multiple videos of influencers saying we’re just using it wrong and it shouldn’t be burning your hair. They’re definitely over the bad press lol
No, it’s called reading the fucking directions instead of using Google and Instagram…even worse Wiki as your source! Get off your ass and do some research yourself because pro se is your best friend to life without parole 😂
Ummmm, NO 55 and I survived! I love it, yes it’s a learning curve like many things are. It’s not any different than buying a grill and it doesn’t work because you can’t figure out it needs fuel…oh, you probably own an electric vehicle that has a battery made from diesel fuel…😂
they did and eben just provided him the tool, he has to legally say it and put it on screen. FCC rules for influencers. So idk🤷🏻♀️ it's a big fine. I do know small channels that don't follow the law even after being told. Even just wearing something given to you it must be stated. You don't have to say which item (i don't think), but it has to be on screen that or was free / pr sample, etc. Just in case I keep it on my screen to cover my behind!! 😅 if your paid UA-cam requires that ' paid promotion ' notice to be used. Edit part: But I definitely saw another hair influencer show the same tool. I have another brand and I love mine!! It will however burn.your hand fingers, etc. I'd you touch it😅😅😅😅 comes with a protective glove...that I didn't use lol. Never burned my hair though.
IM NOT KIDDING WHEN I SAY THIS BRAD BUT I ACTUALLY NEEDED THIS! IVE HAD THAT FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO IDEA HOW TO USE IT PROPERLY!! I always ended up with straight flat hair or super tangled hair at a messy attempt to do a blowout 💀SHOWED UP AT THE PERFECT TIME👹👹
Tbh I can do WHATEVER THE FUCK he says it still looks bad as fuck, cos my hair are very porous, so it ends up frizzy and dry. I don't know what to use I've been using 3828 products and trying 283828 ways. My porosity makes my hair like I did no damn shit or applied ntg so I straighten it (my hair are naturally thin-medium, (loose) curly, very poreus) ):
Not brad mondo using my blowdryer and my spray!!! I was like, “did I see this video already??” But no it was posted a week ago! Thanks for helping me with my routine!! I used my tool way more like a brush😂😂 i needed this
OMG Brad I have to thank you 🙏 after not cutting my hair for years because I could never get what I wanted, I decided to watch your Sabrina Carpenter cut tutorial video and........holy WOW!!!! It is absolutely amazing ❤❤❤ seriously the best hair cut I've ever had! Those crazy diffused layers just suit my wavy hair so well and I'm so freaking happy, thank you so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love this! So informative! Can Brad do these tutorials on himself with a wig? I appreciate the knowledge, of course, but more likely we are doing this on ourselves. It would be so fun to see him do guide us how to use mirrors and arm and things.
@@stephaniemoran8334OH YESSS! It looks so easy bc he’s doing on Miss Mani Quin! But I need one on how to do the little twirl thing especially. All I end up doing is tangling my hair up in the brush!
I am obsessed with cleaning my hair dryer and hot tool brush styler out😂😂😂. I keep on of those fingernail brushes from the dollar tree. It makes it so easy.
Non-pro tip: if you’re just buying this tool, make sure the bristles are soft. I have been buying either Conair or Revlon for 30+ years. There is a tool out there with solid plastic bristles. Avoid it. Your hair gets caught in it and you can’t untangle. You need the soft hairbrush type dryer. I know this because I did it.
You've convinced me, Brad. I was an "all-natural" anti-product person before, but you've convinced me that products beyond shampoo & conditioner ARE important. I now have a full array of various kinds of hair products, including some Super Gloss. I'm looking forward to the more natural colors you mentioned you'll be releasing soon!
I have this one and the 1.5 size from revlon and the other 1.5 inch one is SOOOOO much better for blowouts!! This one Brad is using doesn’t give as much curl..it works better for smoothing out straight hair. Also put rollers all the way down the head from the bang and that’ll give amazing lift! I get compliments and questions all the time on my hair.
The T3 is so much better. I donated the Revlon, it was awful. I returned the Drybar it gets too hot, the T3 is perfect I use it every time I wash my hair for 2 years this month and my hair is healthy and fine-whereas the Revlon destroyed my hair in 2 months. Definitely vital to have your hair protected and to not use one of these until your hair is almost dry-it’s not a blow dryer-it’s a styler. And for sure clean your brush. The technique in this video, the way you’re twisting it is so pretty. ❤
I always love your videos! I did learn a lot on this one. I use the hot tool all the time, always on the highest heat setting. I used to have thick hair but now I have thinner, fine hair. I do the same over, under technique that you've shown but never the curl in place on cool. I'm thinking my technique, though similar, is the reason my hair is always FLAT no matter what I do! Thank you, Brad for your videos!
Brad. I’m 26. It’s taken me probably 10 years to organically figure out how to do a blowout and I literally do 90% of what you do. This video would have saved me sooo much headaches but you’re the real deal trust in what you say!! Will def pin up the hair…
I used to use this on super wet hair and my hair literally started falling out but now that I use it when my hair is 65% dry and use heat protectant it’s been amazing and my hair is so healthy and long now.
Bradddd, pleaaaaseeee give us 3C folks some more representation in your tutorials, and if possible, your products. It's so important for curly girls to feel represented and not like an afterthought. Love your vibe and your content, thanks for all the hard work you do!!
Girl, watch someone else's tutorials. His stuff isn't aimed at us, and it's actually okay. Plenty of other black hair specialists have great tutorials out there for the curly/coily girls. The white folk are not asking them for representation. 😅
I love my one step and have used it for years - it literally never occurred to me to try it on low, but you said that if you have fine hair to just use low, and holy shit it worked great. Less heat, hair looks even smoother. (????) Thanks!
Brad, I know it's business and all, but could you please please please show what other products are a good alternative from your experience, or at least what to look for in the ingredients section? Because I'd love to just buy your stuff, but it's not available in EU but I still want beautiful hair :(
Hi gorgeous, would you consider doing a video for short hair? Like chin length bob, how to get it frizz free and interesting after washing it. Thank you beautiful.
I have had my Revlon One Step hair dryer and have used it for YEAARRRS AND NEVER KNEW YOU COULD POP OFF THE OVAL BRUSH AND USE IT AS A NORMAL HAIR DRYER 🤯
BRAD!! I came just to thank you!!! I did what you said in the video and OMG.... now i love the way my brush leave the hair!!! It was so prettyyyy ❤❤❤❤ thank you sooo much I used the low temp. As i have fine to medium hair but waoh... and also the product i used did worked better... honey, really thank you so much
Love this! I have morrocanoil one. I use it about 2x a week. I cant wait until my hair is that long again! Right now its just passed my shoulders with some breakage Im working on getting back to health. Thanks for the tips!
I have a mix of fine and course grey hair, I absolutely love my blower brush because I can feel where the heat is needed by the feel of the heat in the actual hair itself, usually mid shaft needs the most attention. Yes I am talking in cursive but surely you know what I mean 😆 For next wanna be video please admire Reba for I m a Survivor 😂

I got this same hair tool in two sizes because the 3 inch is a big barrel brush its good I still need to try out the smaller one. I did not know the brush can come off that will be helpful for next time. It will be at least a year for my hair to grow that long though.
