In Canada student have to do bsc first 4 years which costs 60-70 lakh fees ,living cost extra then you have to pass MCAT which cost 1lakh per attempt if you get PR then med school fees is 5 lakh per year which vary +1-1 lakh and if you don’t get PR the fee would be 60-150 lakh per year for four years then You have to pass MCQEE or USMLE for residency which cost 2-3 lakh per attempt and you slipped in any of the year and do not able to maintain good academic you are out of the race and your dream would be not fulfilled , it’s hard to do it so choose India as for mbbs and maybe Russia and Uzbekistan would be safer options

I’m not sayin you are wrong but it’s not cheap in any way
You have to complete a pre med of 4 years which costs about 70lakh-1cr and after that you have to clear MCAT then you get into 4 years of med school and then you become a doctor
Even the med school is really expensive as it can cost upto 50 lakh(inr)
