Ok this is basically telling us that Coach is alive because in the last episode of White lies when Zoey Shoots it cuts to a black screen that doesn't indicate hes dead. In movies or TV shows you the audience have to physically see with your eyes see the person die,other wise they are still alive.
This is just a theory of mine because I believe Coach isn't dead Zoey wouldn't just shoot her father figure like that. Zoey killed the others because they were a treat Coach just didn't see that but like I said she wouldn't kill him .Let's just hope he does make a season 2.
Also Wolf even said Coach joined the Angels of death and the soldier

How did Nick ad Bill survived the horde of Hunters, how they splited up, how and why Bill joined the Angels of Death and how Nick made it to New Orlans himself or not and how he found the military, and how Wade was able to be in New Orleans with Coach and Zoey. Did he sneak onto the boat? All these questions need to be answered.
