2- cory dora / sterbai cory
3- pleco (sun shine)
And as. Mid dwellers you can add
1- zebra danio
2 - congo tetra
3- bosmanian rainbow

I would keep 2 species of fish in this 500 neon tetra and have 6 Discus as you have a black background when the Discus fish move from one end of the tank to the other the shoaling sight of the Neon Tetra from the other end is simply mesmerizing to watch. This is always continuous the whole tank is activated naturally . You should also include a lot of small size worker fish / snails at the bottom. I must say I love your work !!

Sir, in my view, 15 midium size discus(same variety) will give a life to this tank. As they move very gently in a group format, the scaping of the tank will visible properly. For bottom feeder Remi rozi is my favourite one, although they belong to cichlid group, but their agility is quite gentle. Thank you.

1. Cardinals/rummynose or any tetras/rashbora species with corys in bottom with feature fish like apistograma or german ram
2. Bossmani rainbow with cory and either german ram or apistograma
3. Tiger barbs

A community tank will look good
1. Zebra danios because they love to swim a lot across the length
2. Some ottos and hillstream loach along with big amanos for the clean up crew.
3. If you add some stems in the background, then I'd like some CPDs/ Galaxy rasboras.
For centerpiece fish, I can't think of many, because danios are fin nippers, so betta is out of question. But you can add honey gourami

Great video Sir. For the bottom level, keeping few different types of corydoras would be great. They are very active and I have seen corydoras of different types forming school and roaming together in search of food. For the middle level, I think giant danios or bengal danios would be great considering the length of your tank. I love them because of their schooling nature and speed. It would be great to see them moving from one end to the other. Even boesemani rainbow would be another option.
