Underrated af. Cried while vaping out the window. Miss my ex girlfriend from two years ago. Fell unloved. Life's a piece of shit, but his playlist made it a little better.
The title hits too close to home. I travelled across the world to give my ex another chance after she regretted breaking up with me. A one year visa and not much of a plan - the break up had already left much of my life scattered across the floor. A city in regional Australia, another new start from scratch. Three months of the most immense emotional pain I've ever endured, and I had enough, and broke up with her. My first summer Christmas passed with my ex and some house mates. New years eve, I didn't want to spend it with her. I asked a new friend if I could invite myself to where she was going, and we spent new years together. We got to my place and ate falafel on the floor of my room when I asked her if I could kiss her. Two months on I decided not to leave. I decided to try to stay another full year, trying to get a second working holiday visa. Turned out really difficult finding an eligible job without neither car nor licence. Applied to maybe 70 jobs and my deadline was reaching closer. We sat in the sun in my backyard as I told her it would take a miracle and that I've done all I could do. We cried but said we would find a way for us. The next week I got a new job on a fruit packaging plant in town. Mind-numbing work sorting fruits on a conveyor belt, but it's honorable. Only God knows if I will get enough shifts in time to be accepted for another visa. It's difficult, and the feeling of "I might as well give up while I still can" has been strongly present since at least two-three months back. Either way, I'm sure things will find it's way.
Absolutely love these mixtapes. Ive been wanting to combine something like this with a pov of a night drive, so I was wondering what you do to make this videos? Like do you just pay for licensing, use yt creator, etc?
I don't want any form of monetization from this content. I use Adobe Audition to blend the tracks and clips together and upload regardless of copyright infringement. Depending on the artist, the mixes can get taken down, but others will just strike you. Hope that helps!
I've loved every mix tape that you've put out there. Thanks for going through the effort to get these edited together, even after all those copyright strikes.
I wish there were Spotify version of these playlists because they keep getting deleted by UA-cam On the other hand, most of these Midwest emo artists are not even available on Spotify Or may be they’re not available in my region
@@jimmytwotime6875 it's gonna be my bands third record and we are still starting out w our new drummer so it's gonna take a while, but yeah. its a double album though!

This is one the best midwest emo mixtapes out there (if not the best so far). Wonderful work, bro. - Thanks for the lovely playlist!
