Do Asian countries not allow bulk waste? There is never furniture or other large items and their truck are smaller and not designed to handle it anyway.
I remember in Japan, it's a separate pick-up. They have a special day for it (usually it's furniture disposal) and a truck comes along, more heavy duty than that one, and crunches it down. I'm sure it's the same in Korea. Different than the day to day trash pick-up.

Thats just how they do it there. Wheelie Bins are used mainly just for food waste in Korea…

Yes usually they don’t accept it. You need to request a paid pick up and they use normal trucks to pick it up…
