Change is hard. Going through it now. Sometimes, it is a stumble towards the light. Two types of pain, pain that hurts and pain that changes. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. If you are out there going through it, keep going.
Love your videos. Your voice is fit for this. Regarding the topic, hardship is necessary for human development: 1. Wolf's Law - the bone changes according to the stress its under. The same principle applies to muscle growth, and achieving goals. What's hard now, it's not only gonna be easier later but as well more pleasant.
This is a change i plan to make before the end of the year, i know it's gonna be one of the most difficult challenges i've ever taken in my life, but doing so will completely change my life... & it is something i desperately need MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE right now...
Change is only hard if you have a fixed worldview. If your mind is tangible and flexible, any change is tolerable. My brother told me the advice "to leave the outcome and indepedent and just try our best". Things only become hard because people overestimate life too much. They expect things to go their way but things will never go way even when the path leads to your highest goal and good and even if the road leads to your desired outcome, the way how it manifest and develops will not go your way. So we need to get away from this "It has to be my way mentality" because we are not god. Only god knows the details of everything.
This breaks down all the necessary/ fundamental things that need to be understood to became most productive. On top of that it does not only lay the foundation on how to be productive but also describes the rules that have to be followed without which the task is often exponentially harder/ un-achievable. I am honestly stunned by the lack of views because of how spot on this video really is. This was very informative and helpful, kudos to you
I love your videos. You have a strong tonality when you talk that clearly shows that you know you will say something that will offend some people, but you are well prepared for it and don't care about those people because what you are saying is the truth
How do I work on chronic procrastination. Because I’m capable of doing anything I want, I know how to live better, take advantage of my virtues to succeed and everything. Number 2 hit me hard, now that I’ve noticed, the best and most important things I’ve done, it’s because of drastic changes that were coming. Now I pretty much have everything but the drive to do anything else. I’ve mentally clocked out on everything
Practice misfortune. You're too comfortable with your circumstances, despite the need/want for more. Put yourself in physically uncomfortable circumstances, i.e lightweight backpacking. You need to fully grasp the idea that the things around you are ephemeral, and that the only person you can rely on is yourself. This is my 2 cents.
You only relapse because you want to relapse. Unless you accept that you will never change. You are also not used to staying uncomfortable. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Consciously put yourself in uncomfortable environment. Finally change doesn't come at once. You will fail. But you have to go back stronger and with more resolve. Don't dwell on the failure. Focus on what you have to do. If you relapse in 1 week, the next time you definitely have to go 8 days.

FOLLOW THE LIGHT IT'S TOO HARD TO GROW IN THIS REALITY.
This world indeed sucks
Now get to grind to get what you want out of it
Yes, the light in fridge leading to the beer 😂😂
No, you need to bury the light and find *MOTIVATION*
@@dumpsterpsycho2894 motivation much like love is a very ephemeral feeling, so a fool’s errand; discipline is the only way.
Whenever I made mistake, I make sure it is hurt like traumatic event... It's amazing yet dangerous thing to do... what is life without risk.
Looking at how many people watch you vids and watching my self I understand how how easy it is to stand out and be top 1 president
