Nadia, You are absolutely right about the gender inequalities with pay and how they measure a woman’s worth. I am a fan! But your body of work is just incredible ok! Don’t charge less Nadia. I remember my last job, I was doing more than anyone had done and the company was basking in profit. They tried to not pay me my worth I threatened to walk away and my team also backed me up. So they had to pay for that expertise. It’s a combination of fighting for what your worth and having the industry of allies fight for you too.
