Do you ever shoot owner occupied homes? I’m wondering how the communication goes? Do you tell them in advance to be out of the home? What about the agent? Do they just go sit in their car while you fly?
At this point the real estate agents that we normally work with know our process and just wait in their car or in the garage or basement while filming. We've filmed a couple houses that are owner occupied and it usually takes some explaining about how we film our videos. We have a PDF explaining our process that is provided to the homeowner beforehand. This PDF also tells them how to best "stage" their house in preparation for the video 👍

White balance can be tricky, luckily with new construction houses like this one the lighting is typically LED instead of incandescent bulbs.
