I'm surprised so much of the original equipment was still onboard. I would've thought a lot of it would've been removed and sold for parts. Love seeing these old three-holers!
Great video once again. Thank you for the views. You really capture that "End of the Line" feeling. The bird sounds and serene quality of the vid are perfect.
This plane is literally telling us within the silence "i still have a lot more left in the tank". This bird belongs in the skies. 727s are a different breed.
I wonder what airlines owned this plane before FedEx? To bad it's not still flying. Old planes are like classic cars and trucks. Cool to still see. Plate C
Amazing views, but the silence is eerie.
Thanks for not ruining this tribute with a wretched soundtrack, the birds lament is perfect!
There are still some Boeing 727’s flying in the USA. Warms my heart, I love those 727’s.
I find it amazing that the engines are still attached usually those are the first to go
Not much use for old JT8D's anymore.

Looks like you could just flip the master and start the apu, everything’s still intact.

Great video Ryan! It was really neat to see inside this old bird!
I like how the video is 7:27 long, which coincidentally matches the name of the plane.
Similar thing’s near Holman field too sitting at the far end near the viewing spot, overlooking the Mississippi.
Probably fueled that bird at RSW ~30 years ago. 727 are such a great looking jet. Always loved watching them take-off.
Great to see it largely intact, I didn't notice anything missing. Would love to see it fly again. Great video, thanks for sharing!
There is a Ex FedEx one at San Antonio international as well, got a few pics yesterday.
Soo neat, Ryan! I feel like it would make a cool conversion to a house.
I like the video length!
Looks very nice.
Nice video
There’s actually a ex-fedex 727 fire trainer at OAK as well!
In this video that I shot, go to the 7:27 mark...

@@RyanBomar that’s the one I was talking about!
When was this plane last flight?
Flew in early 2013.
@@RyanBomar I am glad that it sits as a testimonial as to what a work horse the 727’s were! If she could only talk, oh the stories she could tell!
Nice 🙂 aircraft Boeing 727 100 Cool cockpit thanks for sharing
Close - it's a 200 series.
Views of the JT8D's takes me to back to the SXM glory days when they shattered the earth there!
Those were breathtaking videos!

She was N470BN with Braniff International Airways, later just Braniff.
@@RyanBomar Thank you!

If that plane ✈️ goes to the hands of any South American Country it would be flying cargo again ! Colombia still have they flying , AeroSucre !
Probably illegal cargo at that
An ex KF 722 was reactivated last week. Maybe this one has a second chance!
Too bad you're not out there today.. lot of tankers running out of there, including T-910
Such a shame that beautiful old bird will probably never fly again
