I think Charn's mother got killed because of a case he worked on. He was trying to get justice for his mom's killer, but i think money was involved and nothing happened. This could be the reason why Charn changed how he views the justice system. I love the chemistry between Charn and Tin. I think its going to be very painful fr Charn when he opens up about wht happened, may it be to Tin or to the grandmother. Get ready for the tissues when that happens.

I love this show so much. Yeah it's campy but there's a difference for me between shows that get campy because they were failing at being more serious, and a show written to be campy by a team that handles camp well. I also loved Long Time No See, definitely an underappreciated or at least under-know show. I love the dynamic of Charn being 100% down to be enemies with benefits while TInn is like 'what is even happening right now?
