Hello Can I request for a 5 x 15 meters lot area
For the ground floor can you make it elevated like 3 feet or something because the area is flood prone, so for the ground floor, it is just a 3 to 4 car garage and then our main door, a foyer/lobby and a common toilet and bath and for the second floor if possible put there a balcony adjacent with the living area and then dining area,small kitchen with island counter, open concept, and a common toilet bath, a dirty kitchen will be at the back if possible make it open and with lots of ventilation. The 3rd floor, master bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom, and then 2 additional rooms for kids, 1 stock room, and a common toilet and bath if possible at the back, just above the dirty kitchen put a laundry area/utility area, just open so the sunlight can naturally dry the clothes
