- What's a better way to cap off a 30-point lead in the first half than to turn every opportunity into a highlight play? Larry Johnson with some magic as he records the first ever triple double in Charlotte Hornets history. March 18, 1993. Full credit goes to natshuck44. I urge you to check out his channel! It has some unbelievably rare games.
Mourning was always jealous of L.Johnson because LJ was far better than him. He was always less selfish than Zo; LJ was always passing the ball to Zo and never vice versa.
I liked both these players but LJ wasn't better than Zo if we are being honest. Better playmaker/passer? Absolutely. LJ was terrible on the defensive end and Zo consistently performed better than LJ did in the playoffs and the Hornets lost most of their games when Zo was injured which is why they barely missed the playoffs in 1994.
@@atlaslion5128LJ was way better than zo …..
LJ!!!
One of the most charismatic players ever
And his grandmama character was great
You are the GOAT
He was a inspiration to so many he came from big-time so he was able to give a small market team that same hunger and desire to really believe they could hang a banner he made guys like Kenny gattison and David Wingate so much better the cool thing was he liked balling in Charlotte and I hope one day they get another superstar cause he was at one point besides mj the biggest attraction to the league sad day in my history of watching the league
